I'm hearing Ty Kraskous will be the starting rb followed by Dylan Carrol. Ty is a very similar runner to what Will Meadows was a couple years back if you remember or know him. Ty had an accident last year and missed all season. I'm somewhat out of the loop compared to recent years and honestly then I didn't know alot lol. I could have the starting order wrong I'm not sure. But that's what my buddy told me. We should be pretty good at the rb position.

i remember reading about the rb that got hurt preseason.  glad he is abel to play this year.  thats great

I like our chances with Marion again this year. Fitzgerald will be coaching the line this season and our skill players offensively will be as good as any in 2A. Tyner will be a very hard out for anyone with what they return.

You think Polk will beat out Bledsoe this year?

a buddy of mine says bledsoe will be down this year.  honestly though i think bledsoe and polk are playng for that 4 spot.

Hard to say really. We will have a true rb this year which will really help us out offensively. Not to mention our new qb is a freakishly good athlete. If we have even a decent line we will be a threat to anyone on our schedule. I could even see us being better offensively than last year but defensively I'm not sure we can match what we brought last year. Alot of young great talent will be on the field this year. I see us hitting full stride mid season.

Who will meigs rb be this year?  did someone move in.  i seen thm play marion last year and the qb was by far their best runner and he graduated.  that meigs defense was really good at marion last year.  hoping marion opens it up alt more this year and makes it harder to defend. dont know who runs the defense over their but seems they have been really good on D for a few years now

  4. i'm an outsider with no real interest in this but i see the name grabowskie on this thread.  After looking him up it seems that he would be my 1st phone call sence he is already in the system?? he done good at red bank and at copper basin when he had a little talent.

  5. this Distric sure is starting to look different with all the recent coaching changes.  thought the Polk co team looked better last year. Felt like Brewer couldve done good with some time.  personally, I think Coach davis would be a mistake.  i dont know why he left before but the community alredy seems divided over the issue. anyone alread on that staff?

What can the teams on the Warriors schedule expect the MC offense to look like in 2022? Any changes with the new guy?

First off, I am pleased with the change.  Pruit was a realy good coach, but i kinda feel like he was coaching not to lose. not necesarily to win.  i think his choice of offense proves this.  i think some young energy will be good for the warriors.  I think marion will be better off with this in the long run.  Good luck to both parties here.  i think the new offense will spread the defence out a little more

  7. I don't know much about the west.  Here is my take on the east. . tyner will be the team to beat.  i think marion and meigs will also be contender (will be a touhg region again.  marion cant be vanilla on offense if they want to compete with regioin 4 and/or compete for region 3 title.  meigs has a lot of pieces to replace.  trousdale and watertown are the other competitors in the east.  i dont know much about regions 1 and 2 but think they will both be down.  of course the 1 who makes it to the semis from there is usually healtheir than region 3/4 winner.

seen where tyner added some coaches to its staff.  i think this could help them alone with bringing most of there team back.  marion has stayed the same from what i  have heard.  Tellico has a new guy calling the shots so they will probable be sparked. did meigs or bledsoe make any coaching changes? same coordinators, etc.?

yep, that's why I was thinking 6-4 to 8-2. Never know. Tellico isnt even guaranteed. I just see the talent and think its a winning ball team.

NOTHING is a guarantee with this team! lol Lost games they shouldn't have last season.

You have mcminn centrel winning against kingston, meigs, and signal mtn????

You're correct about the sarcasm.  Every excuse in the world as to why Coach Rankin chose him, other than Mr. Rankin seeing something he liked about Simbeck's coaching. But again, maybe Coach Rankin is totally clueless about choosing assistants and building strong programs.... and should read the comments on here from the experts.

You seem a little sensitive to the topic.  maybe a little close to it??

    Spot on!
I believe everyone better hold down the fort on their players with Rankin on the prowl with a big checkbook

this is unpopular opinion but i dont think rankin will pull as much talent as people think.  not saying he isnt good.  he is an amazing coach.  potter has chattanooga claimed though and now you have a guy that coached college at baylor. boyd, ccs, sba will keep getting whats left i believe.

Haven’t been around for a while. Did Fitzgerald get the Soddy, Baylor, N Ga, CCS job he applied for?  Or did he get any of the assistant jobs he’s been applying to?

who is the next head coach at Meigs next year?

i have a hard time beleiving he would apply to be an assistant anywhere.  the head coach gigs are understandable.  i figure you could add red bank to that list now. that seems to be a real good job in the chattanooga area

  12. i am surprised to read about this.  i did not think tellico was very good when they came to jasper this year but i though they wer as good as they could be.  as for who the new coach will be. . i suggested bobby white for the sequoya job when it was open (he had been there before and had success some success). i dont know where he is now but tellico is in the same county as sequoya so i think he would make a good young option. i think they should avoid the older coach looking to retire
