I will say this... When we had a long layoff between the regular season and district tournament, we were calling teams left and right trying to schedule a game. Since Greenfield played Arlington in the past, we reached out to coach shields to see if she wanted to play us. She was very complementary on our program  and knew that we had a good team. The game was well played and everyone was on their best behavior. Both teams had great sportsmanship and even picked each opposing player up when they were down. After the game some of the players parents and fans went up to her and thanked her for a great game and we were very thankful that they drove 2 hours to play  us on a school night. She seems to have a great relationship with girls all over the place. The games I have watched she has always showed a lot of respect to other programs. She is a very humble person.  Always see her hugging and talking to the opposing team after all her games. Even after the Dyers C multiple pictures surfaced on social media of her hugging and encouraging the girls on their team.    It is a very unfortunate situation, and if she didn’t know she didn’t know.

Social media had nothing to do with it. The player standing up for Shields and getting kicked out of practice is a fact. That was a phone call to Shields not social media.  So how was it planned? How do you know it was planned?  It was fueled by McCord talking crap. Simple as that.  He got his butt handed to him on a silver player and got out coached.

Yes please show those films. So we can really see how the fans, green gobbling and his coaching staff were acting. 
 

sadly the altercation happened and I will only agree with that.  On the other hand when I was 15 years old and I heard someone talking that much crap about my family or friends. I might have done the same thing. Who knows.

False. McCord and his bald headed ast. Coach were running their  mouths. They got waxed on the court and he got out coached.

Until they sort everything out and find out who knew what, it is hard to say what should/will happen. We've seen teams thrown out of tournament play for fighting. Granted, this wasn't during the game, and wasn't necessarily players doing the fighting, but if they aided or instigated those who caused they fight, you might see the TSSAA step in. A bad situation, for sure.

Agreed bad situation. There will be more to come to light on this matter. I do t even have a dog in the fight but I do know the Dyer county coach is a prick along with his bald headed ast coach..  They are two ego maniacs..  

 They have made up so many stories from the first game they played at Dyers county.  Their fans were threatening the Arlington team and the Dyers police had to escort Arlington out.  The whole week before they played last night. The Dyers head coach was talking trash about Coach Shields. So bad that one of their players stood up for her and he kicked her out of practice  They wrote a article of lies in their news paper about how Arlington did this and that. When their fans were way out of line...
