#56 for Loretto showed his true colors at the end costing Loretto a huge penalty and a first down for Peabody. He showed his butt against Waverly too. Anyway, Loretto had a good season. Good luck to them next year!

It’s not about the numbers. It’s about the media votes. We had one get snubbed last year as well. We were fortunate enough to get a finalist in 2021. Boldin will continue to put players in contention.

Riverside may have their hands full with Mt. Pleasant. I’d still pick DC to win, but if MP comes ready it could be a good game.
I think Huntington wins easily, Waverly has to many starters out to make this even close. But ya never know.
I was impressed with LC last night. They were the most complete team I think Waverly played. Loretto was good too, and maybe that long bus ride had them a little foggy last Friday.
Now I’m headed out in the woods with my daughter! -

All can say is that I was the head baseball coach at SC in 2018 when we went 25-8 and reached the state tournament ourselves. We were lucky enough to beat a current University of Tennessee pitcher that year in the district tournament.
Lady luck smiled on us at the right time that postseason and we made a run as a result. I’d never say that the teams that we played were “really not that good” because it’s just a backhanded way to take a jab at the team that shouldn’t be stated.
That’s been my entire point to this whole discussion.
You beat us on a bunt. I remember that play real well. My son was on that team.

I think he got butt hurt last year over Stewart County’s butt whooping. He’s been on a rant ever since. Even came in during the Summer to let us know that SC “got the better of us” (Waverly). He’s an ex coach of multiple schools and it seems he can’t hold down a coaching job!

In his defense, we haven’t seen Lewis county in person yet. But I’d say #9 for Waverly would be high on the list.

Rumor is he’s got one more year at Camden then going to become the preacher man at a church in Martin. McConnel will find him a local church to go to!
