1. Fairview- 10-0
I think Fairview is a very good team, with a good combination of height and skill. they have not played any teams to date I would consider a test. The Christmas tourney period will tell a lot. I am excited to watch them match up with some teams on their schedule as the season continues
2. Cheatham- 9-2
I still consider Cheatham at the top with Fairview, but with two losses I cannot rank them above or with them. I think the Christmas tournaments will let a lot of teams know where they stand. If Cheatham has a strong showing in their respective Christmas tournaments I can see putting them at the top.
3. Harpeth- 6-4
Winners of 6 straight Harpeth is playing some good ball. The strength of their early season schedule is paying off as it seems to have prepared them for district play. I still see them at as strong three for the rankings right now with Heritage right behind them.
4. White House Heritage- 5-4
WHH has played some up-and-down basketball so far this season. I think if they can find some consistency they can still compete in this district. WHH has a busy week ahead I am interested to see what they can do.
5. Sycamore- 4-7
Being the only team in the region with a losing record I have to have them 5. I do think they have the potential to get better and compete in the region. They have played a tough schedule to this point and I look for them to keep improving.
OVERALL DISTRICT- 34-17
This district is shaping up to be very tough I completely expect whichever teams come out of the district should win the region, and probably even push past the sub-state. Looking forward to the rest of the year and to seeing all the teams compete against each other.

Sounds like they are missing a lot more than last year than I thought. How many varsity guys did they return? Who’s the upcoming freshman?
Harpeth lost 4 contributors from last year's team. The 4 seniors they lost combined to average. 35.6 PPG and 18.4 Rebounds per game. I was expecting them to Play freshman Cj. Turner he has size and athleticism but from what I have seen and heard he is not playing very much. They do have a lot of seniors, but outside of a few, they do not have much experience.

Seeing some scores from the first night, I do believe that Fairview and Cheatham will be competing for the top spot. I know it is very early and they have only played one game, but Fairview seems to have replaced some key losses with some talent. I do think Harpeth can still compete, but it is going to take them getting their young guys more reps. I know they have a freshman they are expecting a lot out of.

Interested to see what you guys think about this.

Camden Central...
I have yet to see Camden play this year, but I have kept up with their scores throughout the season. Is the consensus that they are the real deal, and have a shot to make a run into the state tournament?
They are clearly the favorite in their district, and when they match up with District 12 I can still see them being the favorite. I know Milan is a solid team as well as Gibson, I was just wondering what the thoughts of the district are.
