Cumberland University head coach, Andrew Nicola will be at Harpeth putting on a day clinic. The cost is only $20 per wrestler. Space is very limited. If interested in attending, contact me ASAP. Checks can be made payable to Andrew Nicola. Session 1: 8:00 a.m. til 10:00 a.m. Lunch 10:00 a.m. til 11:00 a.m. Session 2: 11:00 a.m. til 1:00 p.m. There will be technique as well as live. Harpeth High School will host a wrestling tournament on Saturday, September 21. There will be three divisions: Middle School (5-8), High School (9-12), and Open division. The entry fee is $20 per person. There are no cards required to participate. This is an opportunity for wrestlers to get on the mat. Currently there are four wrestlers in the 195 high school division. We will do round robin.

The entry fee is $20.00 per wrestler. Right now there are 4 high school 138lbs wrestlers. There are currently about 5 if we combine the weights in the Open Division 150-160lbs. I am expecting a few more though.

It is looking like most wrestlers will get three or four matches. They could get more with challenge matches. We are starting to get more Open Division wrestlers. Two of them are active coaches. We invite more. Send names, age, and weight to Ricky.woods@ccstn.org. I would like to have all info before Friday.

There is a Middle, TN coach and son signed up to wrestle in open division. Keep em coming.

There are a a couple 106lbs. It will be round robin as will most weight classes. We will also offer challenges matches.

Anyone who has already graduated high school is eligible to wrestle in the Open Division. There is no age limit after that. I know that Cumberland University is sending wrestlers. I have sent info to MTSU. I have also gotten interest from some coaches that would like to compete. I hope we have a good turnout.

Just found out, there is a big fundraiser at Harpeth on March 23rd. I am going to move the tournament to April 13th. There will still be the following divisions: There will be 2lbs weight allowance for each weight class. Middle School High School Open Division

I think the tournament in Spring Hill is March 16th.
