I think Grey made one catch......and Hicks made one catch.....Jenkins for Lavergne was the difference maker.

2 priceless 2 bad. you oaklanders celebrating a defeat? heck fellers this wasnt a game vs. riverdale and you lost by 8. the touchdowns scored were not smashmouthed into the endzone. they were flown like a billion yards down the feild. yes hicks had one, and yes a rod threw little, but were not the LaVergne A-Rods, or The Grays. Were the wolverines. We scored 32, and we sacked for huge losses. We scored the 76 yard TD interception. last night was what happens when a good TEAM takes the night off. Lavergne came into the game lax, and it showed. if we would have come out like we did vs. Riverdale, it would have been a blowoff. AND ANYONE THAT THINKS THAT LAVERGNE IS OVERATED, ITS CALLED THE DEN, TICKETS ARE FIVE DOLLARS. YOU CAN SUIT UP OR SIT DOWN. WE WILL PLAY.

considering lavergnes history and riverdales, it should have been a blowout, or was the machine just not working right that game? its not hard to bring gaston down. its his cut back and speed. and he didnt do too well vs the wing t. as for scott thomas, he is a good scrambler, but sloppy. he carries the ball to loose. and i have changed my prediction wc by 14

when it comes to region 4 AAAAA football, predictions dont matter. its all about big plays and surprises. riverdale can be beaten. lavergne showed that. riverdale isnt the football machine they once were. teams like Wilson central, and lavergne are adapting and it wont be long before one of these teams grows a pair and topples them. as far as whos winning this friday, i say riverdale. i would rather have Lavergne upset the big bad warrior in the playoffs. sorry WC.

i think lavergne will be the #1 team in the region this season. they have a strong defense, and a fast offense. the key is few misteaks,and lavergne is getting better everyday. Lavergne last seconds riverdale.

they will win if they want to. lavergne is very powerful when they want to be. vs. smyrna they slowed and stopped them in second quarter. they completely shut out centennial after one drive, and they held lebanon to zero points in the second half last friday. when lincoln county and page highschool scrimmaged them at camp this summer, they both got in fights with them.lavergne always came out on top. kudos to Lavergne. i think they have the best shot besides Wilson central at Riverdale.

I AGREE with the oakland guy. 2 wins and inflated ego will get you nothing on the turf. wc is definetely meeting a strong team tomorrow. mental toughness is needed wc. the bulldogs do capitalize on others misteaks. but they dont capitalize on their own. a second stringer is bound to make some. probly alot versus a wilson central team. WC 28. Smy 7.

coaches? who gives a flip? players play football, coaches coach it. d-line is dominique fisher, moses opio, and julian wright. the coach is Grooms. i'm pretty sure the players names are on the tackle sheet, not grooms. and stealing coaches? with a record like seigels last season i dont think anyone would be "STEALING" them. lavergne has the coaches that want to coach there simple.

is sonny gray comin back? and smyrnas rushing, something is holding them back. if they get too phsyced out before friday they will loose. and WC looks promising. i will take WC 21 skunk at the half. and 28-7 game wc. sorry, but i just dont see it in smyrna.

the way lebanon played vs. gallatin was terrible. way too many misteaks. it reminded me of the way lavergne played smyrna. gallatin didnt have it all together(like smyrna) and lebanon didnt capitalize(like lavergne). plus the laugh of the night in gallatin was the blue devil punter on the blocked punt. ha ha ha ha ha.......he stood there for a few seconds, then ran away from the gallatin defense as they scooped and scored it. though 69 and 71 are terrifying, the blue devil QB isnt very good. so i'm taking lavergne by seven. they are 2 games into the season already, and have a potential. theyre 28-0 win to centennial was their first shut-out in ten years. from what i hear they are hungry. LVHS by 7

i have my eye on lavergne. something about their play last night, i think they were holding back. they looked more afraid to skrew up. i would like to know more about centennial, but i think lavergne is looking for respect this season.

lavergne had some mental breakdowns in this game. i didnt really see smyrna throw anything at them that was too complex. smyrna needs to work on their endurance, they got tired quick. lavergne needs to work on their run defense.

hahahahah! the sad part is nobody that goes to Open High School really likes Open high football. shame. you're all wrong by the way, no score at the end of the fourth, but Gaston Miller rushes for 236 anyway.
