I think he got hit in the game but he has been injury plagued all season. Not sure why he thought he could play offense but not D.

He only got injured in the boyd game and that is because of fighting for extra yards while being hit as soon as you get the ball. If only players like Cody Wordlaw would have got to see the offensive side of the ball. South Pittsburg though they could get it done on the defensive side of the ball without him and came up just short. The seniors had a great time there, and had many successes and for the players that playing careers that will resume in college Good Luck because that will be greater than having to deal with jealously

You can talk MVP all you want... who really cares they lost, but without #2 I seriously doubt Pittsburg reaches 27 games in a row in the win column. They had a great season and still should have won but a few different choices and a better offensive line as said all year and pittsburg wins anyway. They still almost got lucky again and score but the pass was missed.

Most of the people involved with athletics don't really care about anyone anyway all they want to do is have politics and do people right by their last names and money. They pick who they want to be their man and that's how that goes. I feel very strongly in my feelings for some individuals in a program and I am going to speak my mind and don't care, you people don't understand where any of this comes from so don't try to put your two cents in. What about when a coach follows his son throughout his little league through high school years just so he can play the way they want him to. I see that all the time and it doesn't stop you so I'm going to speak my mind everytime. None of you know anything about anybody and what they do as an individual or their background so quit talking. I wish when I played I didn't have to sit behind the kids who had the most money and were entitled to a shot to play.

Nobody on here knows me but if you have something to say like I said when you see me in the streets speak on it. Don't do it on the computer. Coaches also should not have affairs with players mothers just thought since you all like to blast people I can do that to.

Why when confronted they won't say anything to a man's face but rather they will get their missionaries to get on coach T and try to send a message. If you have an opinion say it to the man's face.

TynerRamFan I actually agree with you on something. Boyd needs to check your guys tape this week. South Pitt can run and pass. The run went no where against Tyner, so they had to pass to get all there scores. Boyd is good at stopping the run. If we can stop David Jones early, and make them start passing, our secondary HAS to step up and make plays. If not it could get ugly. And you can put Nic Hughes on his back all you want, but he will pop right back up OP. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> He wants this one more than Red Bank.

I think Boyd is the second best team SP will have played so far this season, but I don't think it will matter at all how much your QB wants this game,and believe me SP's starters want this game too because they rarely have gotten to play a whole game this season. SP has too much speed and talent for Boyd. If they want to have a chance in this game they had better air it out because they won't get too much running. I'll take SP 42 to 14.

We already do. Geno and ThaChosenOne forgot to take their meds and are on the coaching staff for defeating a good Tyner team. I totally agree with TTP about having good players makes the coaching job much easier. I have heard that straight out of Vic's mouth. Oh yea i think coaches can probably take care of any critisim on there own, look at your boy Phil Fulmer, and Lane Kiffin they learn to deal with it they are big boys and can take care of themselves if you are not a coach then understand that. I understand we have great backs. It doesn't matter how fast they can run. I have an idea. If you think you can do any better, go out there and ask for a headset. Chosen One must be one of Geno's buddies. Anyone with any intelligence could see that Tyner was dedicated to stopping the run. You must be one of those fence side coaches. I don't know why people were upset, we have a 20 game winning streak. Seems like someone is doing something right. Zone sent out a website a few weeks ago, the games are supposedly broadcast over the internet now.

you can't even read and are just talking out the side of your neck. Everybody saw the game. You also don't run the ball on first down at the beginning of the fourth quarter when you have the lead. Anyone with any intelligence knows that... When you have backs who have 4'4 speed you don't run the ball to the short side of the field. Go find where I even said any of the stuff you are implying... You won't find it. I could care less what they do anyway the could win their next 100 games or lose them and im fine with it the players win the game anyway.

Expect a big game from SP with a little more flavor on the offensive side of the ball. Look for the Porch kid to take a lot of mean licks and look for a win from SP by at least two tds.

This game will be another blowout by as many as the Pirates want. On Jones hopefully he will get a few more carries he plays on defense for more of the game so why not offense, I don't recall the back last year coming out so soon, and this guy is trying to go somewhere and coaches do look at numbers as well as how they play. "Yards"

Yea, it's gonna be a bad experience for the teams he plays this season starting with Jasper. I hope he goes to the Tigers of Memphis that is.

Guys, take it from a Living Legend. The young lads on the field will decide the outcome of this epic battle. This game will be a battle of epic proportions. The young lads that lay it on the line will make sure to give everyone a good show. As the game draws nearer, I feel Legend status creeping in on the Marion sidelines. From the way things sound, the new coach is already a Living Legend. It is good to be a Living Legend, but something to think about in this one is both sides have a true Living Legend walking the sidelines. The Waiiors and The Peerates both have had their fair share of legends over the year. I am sure both sides will be packed with more Living Legends than anyone could ever imagine. It seems like this thread is getting awfully heated. I think I have the perfect solution to all of the bickering. We need to set up a wrestling ring in the north endzone at Beene Coliseum. I offered to do this last year at David Baxter Stadium in Jasper, but I don't think anyone was really up to it. The exhibition wrestling match could feature MCHSfan2008, Nohope & LadySquaw vs Old Peerate, Zone Peerate and The Living Legend himself Geno in a no holds barred battle royal. I think everyone would just be out to have some good fun and let out some much needed anomosity on the opposing sides. If this game was at David Baxter Stadium again this year then I might be inclined to go with Marion County in the upset, but since it is held at Beene Coliseum it will be a little tougher. The Legend is still examining some notes from the other night before making a predicition on this game.

 

This one should be fun, but it will be even better if we can get that wrestling ring set up. Doesn't some guy in S.P. have a wrestling ring? Maybe if he is a fan, he would donate it to be used next Friday night. An exhibition wrestling match would give us all a little something extra to enjoy at halftime if you don't really enjoy watching the bands play.

Are you serious Legend?You were at last year's game and I remember you giving SP's Backfield living legend status after the game.#2 is still in SP's stable, chomping at the bit and waiting.Should be a good game but not close.Very much inline with recent past.I saw Jasper .They look better but not enough progress made to over take the Pirates yet.

The Pirates will win this game big. The only way Jasper gets any yards is if they pass the ball . They won't be able to run it with the big one way defensive tackles and the line backing tandem too much speed all around. They won't stop sp's speed and running game they haven't been and it won't start in this game either. Therefore I don't see them having muc h of a chance SP wins big 49 to 7
