  1. oh yeah...... and you never buried meece. but you were on the ground alot, so i guess its possible he tried to break your ankle, but very, very doubtful. and he called you a redneck? how bout your running back telling jj he was gonna hang him? or pinching and punching daris (#3) under the pile? all said and done its over now. good luck next year to j.c.

eh, i have no clue who was saying that sort of stuff, and I don't think we have any racists on our team. about pinching, it's probably where pads were against pads or something? but I'm telling you that 98 (meece) or whatever had my (the one i tore my achillies on, nonetheless) and was twisting it as hard as he could. who knows. i think both sides lost there cools. daris is one of the best running backs i have ever seen. is it true he signed with UT already?

anyways, as you said it's all over.

and this was my last year, so i won't be blocking your son mr. spoony. i'm very surprised you're old enough to have a son, because you sure as heck don't act your age.

i do remember one thing, on the bus ride home we gave our #53 heck. after #3 got up and said "he's pinching me!" he said "I WAS NOT!" in a the really gay voice he has. it was hilarious.

good game 50, and good luck vs TN high.

ps. our line coach tells us to chop block that much. and 98 and 18 didn't get a smell of our QB all night...

  2. HAHA you guys make me laugh. just because the other teams titty pull, doesn't mean we are cheap. I don't hit people late.

And I'm pretty darn sure MOwest started cursing us out and telling us to look at the scoreboard when we were just trying to keep in the game. I was playing my ###### ###### off, and I dominated 98 and 18 on the line, all night long. Everytime I'd bury 98 he'd call me a redneck son of a ######, and he also tried to break my ankle at the bottom of a pile. We just gave them what they gave us. The best player and the ONLY one who didn't talk any trash at all during the game was #3. That guy is amazing. They dressed out 93 people, without there freshmen. We came in with 39 people. We are a 3a team, playing in a 4a conference, and winning. Worse team you've ever seen? Keep it to yourself.

  3. Nice piece of work. After watching the Saturday version of TN High entertaining Johnson County, I would say the Cow Towners had better not turn their backs. Don't know what I mean? The Longhorns roam the field looking for someone who is not looking, whether they are in the play or not. Then they put the horns in your back side. Surely thier coach is aware of this, so it must be condoned. There is no place in sports for people who can't play the game strait up. It must be Coach Atwood's trademark. It got bad when TN High flew by Johnson County. I can't comment on the first half because I wasn't there. Just a word to the wise, keep an eye out for the guys who like to hit from the back side. Cow Town, I guess it will be called an upset?? Cow Towners 27-22

You've got to be kidding me. Are you against hitting or something? Just because someone isn't IN the play doesn't mean he's not PLAYING. Football=hitting. Deal with it.

And how many block in the backs have we had?

    I hope you play.

  4. I would say that if you are truly in to playing football you can try it. I wanted to in high school but the practices looked brutal even for a guy. There is a professional women footbal league that you can try out for when you are 18. I was looking in to it but i can't leave college for it. That would be your best shot. Tennessee has a couple of teams in the league. Good luck with whatever you decide.

My english teacher plays in one such league, as QB.

Anyways, like I said before. It was be really awkward. I would feel sorta strange blocking a girl. And after I pancaked her I would feel bad. B)

  5. Hey 66. I don't think you guys have ever done anything else but be the hardest hitting team around every year. Everyone expects that out of the Longhorns. As far as being the underdog, I think Betsy has that roll this year. You've been a good sport to chat with. What positions do you play? I'll enjoy keeping an eye on you and a couple of the other guys I'm familiar with up there. Good luck, but I'll be pulling for my hometown guys......

Watch out for the Black Hat Guys

I play Guard and sometimes Tackle, all depends on how the D lines up. I play noseguard in D, sometimes tackle. No matter what, this is the last time I'll be playing on my home feild. It's a really emotional game for me, and all of our seniors. I've put 4 years of hard work into Longhorn football, and it's all down to one game. There is no way we're gonna let this game slip though our fingers.

  6. It's funny how noone mentions anyone from Johnson County.

Like I said. Ryan Humphrey on DL - that kid is a machine. Sullivan North?

Ryan had 18 tackles against them.

He has blocked 3 punts and 2 extra points, one of those was for the win.

    OL?

I'm up there, I'd like to think.

    6'0 300pounds, bench 315 and squat 620.

  7. Whoever is fine Horn. Good to see that you fellas made the playoffs. I know that's a major step for your program. We, on the other hand, are there practically every year. My statement had to do with positioning only. Good luck to you guys tonight. We'll see you Friday neighbor..........

Thanks man, I was joking about Morristown West, but hopefully we won't lose. because me and you both know they can beat us both, and I don't really wanna lose in the first round. We lost to TN High, I'm very depressed and upset at the same time. We had a chance to do something amazing and we respond with 2 picks and a fumble, all in our own half of the feild. Add in a few blown coverage and there you have it. and we finally had the chance to get the darn papers and everyone else in the conference to show us some respect, and not think of us of just a 2A team posing as a 4A team. But..I guess things weren't ment to be.

We just need to get back to work monday..I expect coach to run our balls off. :thumb:

    I'll see you THURSDAY

p.s what do you play? what's your number?

  8. Our JV team is basically our freshmen team. And yes, they are all from that middle school undefeated team. I'm looking forward to when they are all seniors. They might have a better year that we are currently having.

Austin Phipps (QB) is an excellent LB (he started last night) and he can throw the ball great too.
