I never knew that if you jump for a rebound and get your legs taken out from underneath you and then land on your back it was a walk. Those refs need to go back to Nashville where they belong.

This assumption is so stupid. For you to sit there and say that is even more stupid. In the end this is a sport and people do get hurt, I have seen it all the time. All the coaches I know tell their players to be ready in case a player gets hurt. I guess you can tell them that they are implying they are going to hurt their own player. Give me a break, but not for real because someone might get hurt and no I wasnt telling you to hurt me.

I am pretty sure that at this point in time no team is a walk in the park and to say that one person is going to win it is stupid. Our five players on the court can stop Demario because that is who we play with. Not one person but five. I like to see who Culleoka has that can stop our five players. What happens if Demario gets hurt, then what. See you at the game on Monday.

These refs were the 3rd worst I have ever seen. I mean there was at least 5 times a ref pointed one way and then he changed his mind and pointed the other way. The EL boys would jump straight up in the air (while being boxed out) and tip the ball the other way and there would be no over the back call, I mean if that isnt over the back then someone tell me. I am sure about this though, no one is allowed to get behind the goal while the shooter is shooting free throws and I saw two cheerleaders from EL jumping up and down like their life depended on it and screaming behind the goal. If no one believes me then tell me why a cop had to go ask them to move over because they couldnt stand there. The game should of been over in the 4th with Eagleville winning. I am just glad we already had a bid into sub-state.

Well at least they didnt send the championship to UC like everyone was saying was already won. I guess people forgot anything can happen in sports.

If you dont like my posts then dont read them, and by the way when NC beat EL last time EL only scored 38, when EL beat McEwen they only scored 36, when they lost agaisnt bradford they scored 32. Another game another day.

Eagleville wins 30-29. I never knew an overrated team like Eagleville could beat a good team like Forrest.....hahaha

I say it is Eagleville's time. What ever happens I want good refs...I dont want us to win or you guys to win with bad refs. Well the new saying is going to be 4 times is a charm hahaha. See ya tuesday night.

No I am pretty sure Eagleville is the better team. That is what happens when there are decent refs calling the game, and not blind refs.

By the way football is way different than basketball. Dont forget you guys got beat by an "overrated team."

Another great Cascade - VB game. its a shame one team had to lose. I could watch a Cascade - VB game every week and it would be like flipping a coin to see who would win. One person from Eagleville said something about the refs and that was me. It is different when someone from a school says something about the refs (not whining). Rather than two other people from different schools that are for the different schools to say the refs were crap. There is nothing anyone can do about it I just assumed they would have good ones considering it was tournaments.

I agree with all of your guys' posts and I am just saying it really stinks to see the team play hard and then get cheated by someone who wasnt playing in the first place. As far as I am concered the refs havent been good the whole season. I know it wasnt just last night I mean I understand refs making bad calls, we are all human, but sometimes all of them make bad calls the same night and it just feels like are playing eight against five. I still wasn't impressed with your team. I felt that it was more of a case of us beating ourselves than anything Eagleville was doing. I think when Cascade plays up to potential, Eagleville isn't going to have a chance. When we were getting the ball into Hall, Eagleville had no answer. They had to triple team him and he didn't do a good job of recognizing that on a few occasions and forced up a shot. We MUST keep him under the basket. Both times I remember him rolling up to the top of the key to handle the ball resulted in turnovers. On one of them, he picked up a stupid foul trying to recover on defense. If Cascade keeps Hall under the basket and he learns to recognize triple teams quicker and give the ball up to the perimeter shooters, Cascade will win the district tournament!

 

Of course you didnt see Eagleville beating cascade....your for cascade. I am not saying that is bad it is just to be expected. I know were you are coming from when you say that. You love your team and that is good. I heard that Hall was giving us some problems but like you said if we triple team him or take our entire team on him and he cant get it to another person then why stop doing that. Maybe you guys need to get him used to seeing the open man. See ya in the tournament.
