You might want to actually do a thorough reading of polls before you try to use them to trash talk. The ranking you linked to was for total football strenght...including Pro, College and High School. For High School alone, they rank SC #12, and TN # 18.

 

Regardless, should be a great game. Both teams are currently ranked #2 overall in their respective states by M**P**ps. Or it might be *ax*re**! /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blush:" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

You have no idea dude. We are pumped about our trip to tennessee so excuse my over enthusiasm but I tell it like it is. As Byrnes demonstrated to you boys a couple of years ago when they paid you a visit. tennessee high school football does not match up too well with the top tier South Carolina teams. I saw a replay of that game. Speed is one of the big difference between you boys and our best. Unless "interesting" is tennessee talk for masacre you are being way too kind to the locals INVON1. Remember the name Montez Hatten. You will be hearing it a lot on Saturday.

No one has mentioned '91 Oak Ridge. They won the Class AAA state title and that was the year they had Shawn Summers.

I was thinking the same thing,,,, They won the championship game 30-0....

Brandon100, it's been fun, in all reality its all in good fun, I think we both graduated a few years back... Next time I make it to Tennesee I'll but you a beer and we can argue football, be it highschool, college, or pro, I'm sure there's a arguement somewhere... Who isn't impressed with both teams in the 5A State championship game. I am impressed with the Ravenwood Raptors. Very remarkable for a team to win the BIG ONE with only 3 years of varsity play.

 

Congratulations Oak Ridge for a great year.

 

I guess we will have to get one for the pinky next year.

I am nice, don't be take anything away from the kids who play this game, it's not about who can win the debate, it's about them. My world doesn't change over the out come of this game, there's does.... I am a OR fan and have not knocked on Ravenwood one time, they beat us and I am truely impressed by them..... But you won't see a OR fan jumping on any other band wagon and talking smack to another team, I would expect the same from a BA fan....

Why do public schools always bring up BA? Is it there 370 student numbers or what? And why do you continue not to schedule them? Ravenwood did.

Because Brandon's beloved BA lost ALOT this year so he jumped the band wagon over to Ravenwood.....

I experienced, first hand, the classless acts of Oak Ridge fans as I was exiting the game last Friday night. I congratulated some of the cheerleaders and many of your adult fans who made smart comments to me and the kids I was with. I will make no excuse for our lack of playing last Friday night. We got beaten fair and square. No doubt. Your very classless fans, however, couldn't accept a sincere congrats!

 

With the way we played last Friday night, it's a good possibility Ravenwood would have shut us out, as well. However, Oak Ridge played them. They got beaten, and this very "classless" Riverdale fan was rooting on the other "RHS" all the way!

Lets only push enter once next time Enstien, we read this four time already.....
