I think it's a great idea indeed! Why would anyone not want to support this idea. It takes the best that the state has to offer and puts them on the line to ultimately answer any questions about who is truely the best wrestler for their respective weight class. This should be a one day tournament the weekend following the TSSAA sanctioned tournament. Can it not be a USA or AAU event? Or would that open the door to anyone holding a card the ability to take part?

Looking at the latest rankings for D1 and D2....Are there going to be any much anticipated match-ups? Will we see a Kaleb Baker and Marchetti match-up in the duals? Could Baker bump up and potentially face off against Houston Clements? There are others I'm sure. Does anyone have a particular match they'd like to see?

I've seen both of these young men wrestle. Having seen Reviez wrestle in the Ryan Tournament I was impressed by his quickness, strength, and skill level. Coffee is no more than a football player whose uniform becomes a singlet and head gear in place of shoulder pads and a helmet each November. He has the advantage of size and strength over nearly every opponent, but lacks the level of skill it would take to beat Reviez. No doubt it would be a good match, but unfortunately it will never happen. So, the debate continues....
