    Covington find a replacement for Wheeler that will get them back to the show?

    Camden get back to winning form?

    McConnell lead Westview into the playoff or to more than four wins?

    Simpson transfer to IMG after this season?

    Huntingdon figure out a way to keep improving going into the playoffs rather than coasting after Milan/Wayne County?

    Lake County beat Dresden?

    Wayne County return to glory with a new head coach?

    Humboldt go into the halls and get eleven players that everyone in west tn knows they have and make some noise this year?

    West Carroll.....?

    a team out of Memphis blow up everyone's preseason predictions and win a state championship?

    Kevin Ward?  Nope

    Wade Comer?  Who knows you would think with his tendency to throw the ball and a former QB playing for UTM.... but heard nothing.

    Matt Mcconnell?  Not heard anything about this one in some time

    Someone else?  UTM DC turned them down, Rang is reported to have turned them down as well.  Not sure what happened with the Bo Wallace rumor....

    I don't really see anyone on staff that should get it.

     

    What say ye COACHTers?

    I wonder what they expected?  Probably the toughest district in the classification and lowest enrollment in their district.  How many coaches will the new coach be able to bring in?  That may also be a factor.

     

    The QB is a talent though!

    Not sure what "Bo Knows".  I hear the coach to be is more likely a Mountain Man than a riverrat.  The money has to be right though.

That season they had 2 high level SEC athletes that played in their backfield (Dawson started at CB at UGA as like a RS Frosh and Walton was in the 2 deep or started all 4 seasons at Ole Miss) along with a quality college talent at QB and a GREAT DEFENSE. They should have skated to the state that season. If I'm not mistaken he hasn't been past the quarterfinals but maybe once if that... he isn't ready for primetime and Henry Co is a primetime opponent. If HC is as good as ya'll Paris folks think, it will be a 3 TD spread. 

    I would love to see a PRIME TIME game between your team and the team from Henry County.  THAT in Paris or in Memphis it would pack out a stadium and would be awesome!

    This is interesting with the freshman phenom they have. I'm sure his father (UTM coach) will have a say in who is hired and it'll more than likely be a pass oriented guy. Regardless, I went to one of their games this year and they have tremendous size. It was puzzling to me how they were no better than they were. I'm sure that will change very soon and that will mean trouble for other 7-3A programs. 

    Not sure a 1-8 coach should be selecting the Head Coach for a High School, meaning not sure how long term he might be.  Westview has some potential though.

    Not true. Couple off years ago an official ejected a kid from a game I was calling saying he kicked another player in head on the sidelines. Tape was sent to the TSSAA and officials decision was reversed. That official had to face some issues after the game as well

    I know for a fact that an appeal can be made.  I also know video has been watched by a TSSAA front office person in an appeal that was successful.
