CSAS plays Page High School not Cascade in the first round of the atertown Christmas tournament in Watertown,TN. Can you correct this.

so Cleveland/McCallie and Tyner/Ootlewah are on different sides of the bracket?
That's my undestanding.

Hampton beat CSAS two years ago in a tournament during a camp.
Not sure I know what your talking about. CSAS has never played Hampton.

CSAS defeats Friendship 66-45 to make its 2nd straight state appearance. I like their chances. Go Patriots! Bring the Gold Ball back to Chatt!
-
CSAS 64 FC 45 final
66 45.

Patriot fans wear your white Monday night. Heard there is going to be a "White Out" at East 3rd Street!

From what I saw Van Buren played the game not to get blown out. They put 5 guys in the paint and dared CSAS to shoot, which they did and made it. That plan might have worked last year against the Pats but not this year. They have 4-5 players who can knock it down from outside. CSAS will beat Lookout Valley by 20+.

Not bad for that poor little district that couldn't stack-up against District 5.
Good luck to you fellers against that recruiting magnet school from down by the sewage plant.
'spect you'll have Signal's fan support Tuesday.
Surely Signal Mountain wouldn't accuse anyone of recruiting. Word around town is ya'll are pretty good at that. There is no evidence of that at CSAS.

Semi's:
CSAS vs. Van Buren
Signal Mtn. vs. Lookout Valley

Has the kid from FCS played yet? Grace Baptist has gotten a lot better. I believe they could possibly go win a game up there if the up and down play among Region 4-A continues. We'll see soon enough.
-
CSAS won easily tonight against Grace, and Silverdale beat Temple by 2.
District 5-A results:
1.CSAS
2. Grace
3. Silverdale
4. Temple
-
CSAS beats Silverdale 81-31; up 50-13 at half, then sat starters 2nd half
Grace beats Temple by like 18-20
Consolation:
#3 Temple vs. #4 Silverdale
Championship
#1 CSAS vs. #2 Grace

CSAS went into High/Jackson Gymnasium Monday night and dominated the perrinial state power panthers on their senior night. What is impressive is that they won with their best player in foul trouble the entire game, which limited him to 6 points, and they had to battle the officials as well. Great win as the Patriots look to close out the regular season on their senior night against rival Grace Baptist. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a good run. Not many single A schools could have won this game. 10 in a row is what we need now!

Will Amos plays for Siverdale. Averages 25 or so a game I believe around 40% on his treys.
We are talking about best players in Chattanooga...Amos is pretty good but shouldn't be in this conversation.
A-Sharif Cobb and Alex Stallion
AA- Nick Ross, Travis Jones
AAA-No standouts
Best Young Player- Stedmon Ford Notre Dame

Hampton

You obviously don't know much about them, they lost one player who averaged about 10 a game,he was a small forward and a shut down defender. They return both guards and are better at handling pressure but a little weaker on defense with the loss of Heath Dyer but you have no idea what you are talking about.
I have seen all of their home games this year:)
-
CSAS lost by nine in the semis to Clarksville last year. CSAS is definately more than 9 points better this year. Clarksville's guard play is MUCH weaker this year.
-
Is this "transfer" for FCS good? When does he become eligible?
-
So with Pickett winning @ RBS, is RBS done/
-
CSAS has probably the best two guards in Single A in Sharif Cobb and Alex Stallion.
-
You would be correct, the last time i seen them play was when they came to Gainesboro for a substate game and went home with the L. Which is what will happen this year if you don't win the region down there.
If CSAS and Jackson had played 10 times that year, Jackson would have won once. But hey that's all it takes. I would be more worried about taking care of your buisness up there so you don't have to come to 3rd Street. Sounds like you've recovered nicely from Clarkrange:)

Class A - Jordan Godwin - Jackson County - other than maybe Smith from Clarksville Aca there is no one more deserving or even close to his talent.
Guessyou haven't seen CSAS play.

Heard the price has gone up and the level of competition is down...How would you compare this years version with the past? How have the crowds been? Atmosphere at Chatt State?
