this thread has takin a serious turn for the worse... if you go back to the pre-game pages...it was the bears friends and family talking about the great speed of bradley that would match the I train...the great reciever of bradley...the great offense of bradley...and predicting a bradley win...etc...etc...etc... now in the post game pages...it's whine...blame...tired...next year...mercy rule...knocking heads with tucker (who graduated last year...LOL)...etc...etc...etc... my goodness guys...if Blackman had made that 2 hour trip over the mtn...the oline of blackman would have still dominated yall...i train would have still run like a scalded dog...and the score still would have been lopsided...and the weakest part of our team...our defense...(because we lost 10 senior starters last year)...would have still held your high powered offense to 14 points... yall have turned your program around...have good coaches...and good players...now let's be good fans by saying... "we got beat by a better team...congradulations blackman...it's time for us to get back to work"...!

after the game tonight...this post is sort of funny... firepower??? speed all over the field??? not sure he has the speed to run away from bradley's speed??? match in speed???

i think you missed on this game...

obviously bradley was no oak ridge...and Blackman was no riverdale in this 7AAA vs region 2 team...

Bradley scored once in the first half...once in the 2nd half...but did play better overall in the 2nd half... the bottom line of this game was Blackman's offensive line dominating Bradley's defensive line and LB's...although the I train the real deal...on half of his carries tonight he was never touched until he was 5 to 10 yards down the field...nearly anyone could have run through those holes...and offensively bradley really had no running game to speak of...but a good passing game...but even it was inconsistent...and number 6 was held in check too... congradulations on turning that program around...yall will win alot more games for sure...i was on the chain gang so i got to see the class guys and coaches that you have!

come on starRaider...you know assumptions will get you into trouble... we know bradley is a VERY good team...and we need to play well to beat them...but i think we will play well...and we will beat them...!

i had the crow stew ready for ya friday night...saturday...sunday...monday...tuesday...but then had to throw it away because it was spoiling...it sure would have tasted better if you had eaten it early after the blackman win while it was still warm... stats are just that...stats! my "advantage Blackman" points simply meant the Blaze would out execute...and be better than oakland in those areas...and they were! yall really do have some good athletes at RB...but as your coaching staff said on the sidelines friday night... "we can't stop him"..."him being the I train"...our RB is just special...and the fullback looked pretty good to going 58 yards and out running everyone i REALLY did think Blackman would win this game because i did not think your defense could stop us...but i NEVER imagined it would be the blow out it was...as i said before...i think the next couple of years should be pretty special over at oakland...alot of talent...good coaching staff...alot of support!

obviously blackman does not have 2 I trains on the roster...but we actually have very capable back ups...one being I-Train's little brother who is a junior...he'd be starting on many 6A teams if he was somewhere else...and we have a fullback who is 6'1" 222lbs...and can fly who could easily play tailback...he went 60 yards last week and walked away from everyone on the oakland team defense is improving for sure...

it may "SEEM" like it is one dimensional...but...it's not! our QB is 44 of 75 for 532 yards and 6 touchdowns! while these numbers are not out of this world...they are consistent... and accurate enough to not allow the defense to load the box for the I train... but the bottom line is...only 1 team in the last 17 games has held the I train to under 100 yards...he's averaging over 220 yards per game this year...on about 23 carries a game...and he's so good that you can get all the penetration you want...and he'll just fake 3 dude's out and go to the house... this probably will be an high scoring game...much like the 72 to 35 signal mtn. game... the bears (as well as every other team that blackman has faced) has not seen anything like they will see in the I-Train...Coach Mac for oakland said on the post game radio show that even after coaching at riverdale in their hey day...he has not seen one like the ITrain... if you defense is not your strength...Blackman may put 40 plus on you... Coach Mac was a class act on the radio this morning! I was also on the sidelines doing the chains...was impressed with how the coaches coached and how the players stayed in the game even when it was getting out of hand! Alot to work with at OHS! it's mighty quite on here!

ADVANTAGE BLACKMAN ON EVERTHING BUT THE ONSIDE KICKS! Blackman's offense is rolling...I train with a productive passing attack equals...very hard to stop! Blackman's defense is growing up...! and the "shadorade" is starting to take affect Shad has a way to get the best out of his guys...and they just keep getting better and better every week! it may be time to run the table! as for oakland...probably to young this year and their defense is NO where close to last year...also if you can't manhandle people up front...the vanilla I formation offense is not going to work in this league...riverdale and the stars will both beat oakland if something does not change and maybe the bulldogs too! but the next two years...oakland will be tough to handle...i was impressed with #4...only a sophomore...he is special!

i know you are great at giving your arguments in a court of law...i'd certainly hire you (hope i don't need you and would certainly recommend you and have) but...when it comes to football...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ruff...ruff...ruff...! i just hope the "blackluster smoldering ashes" can keep up with the big "O"

thanks for the props for the boys...BUT...this is sort of a funny post in a couple of areas... 1. to say blackman has one "really good back" is hilarious...blackman has 3 really good backs in little mathers...nutgrass and allen....but they have a "GREAT BACK...BEST BACK IN THE STATE...TOP 20 RUNNING BACK IN THE NATION IN BIG MATHERS! that is the reason you have not heard much of the others...but when they have given THE GREAT ONE a rest...they are "really good". i'll take the great on over 5 others and day! running attack: advantage blackman! 2. it also may be that you have averaged a "few" more yards per game because if you look it up...the strength of scedule goes to the blaze...just saying! strength of schedule : advantage blackman 3. passing attack even...LOL...again...just check the stats...we are very capable in this area when we need to be...and last year that is what beat ya'll...mac does not want to nor does he like to throw it...and at this point in the season...i and others are not sure you can! passing attack: advantage blackman! 4. i do agree that our Defense is our weakness...this is true...but up till this point...no one has stopped siegel...but if we don't improve...it won't be pretty! defense: advantage oakland! 5. special teams: rookie kickers cancel each other out...THE GREAT ONE...gives us the advantage on punt and kickoff returns... advantage blackman! 6. intangibles: our coach and the little ole blaze are 24-5 over the last two years and 4 games of this season...and this INCLUDES A WIN OVER MIGHTY OAKLAND LAST YEAR WHEN THEY WERE NUMBER 1...yeah...just feasting on those who never were...ha! why would blackman be looking out for revenge when we beat you last year and sent the patriots into a spiral??? this was really funny! advantage Blackman! so you got 1 out of 6 right... and if my memory serves me right...you said oakland would put the hurt on blackman last year... riverdale wins this one because of defense...your LB's...glover and boykin are beast...and i know just a tad about good LB's star's running back is good and only a sophomore...but he AIN'T NO I-TRAIN! take a look at the new video put up by stork of I-TRAIN'S first 4 games...wow!

if the greenwave scored 29 vs. oakland...Blackman will score 40! problem is...Blackman's Defense may give up 41 should be another good one just like last year! score prediction later in the week!

i'm a blackman guy... but i saw this team up close...they are for real! not sure what you are smokin... or why you would type this kind of jiberish... but you have no clue about what reality is... they may not win it all...but they will come close... one of best coached offensive teams i have seen...anywhere! they could hold their own in this big boy league 7AAA... score was 38-35 late in 3rd quarter... crawl back under your bridge and take a nap... a little cranky???

i was on the sidelines of SM tongith doing the chains...incredible coaching...great team intensity...these guys are the real deal and should win 4A hands down...so many of their players passed the eyeball test at a high level...i was really impressed at everything i saw...head coach is the real deal...great offensive scheme...wow! Blackman's offense was rolling and that is putting it lightly...mathers has 319 yards...strickland did a nice job passing...o line opening holes...defense still needs alot work...but came to life in the 4th quarter...secondary looked lost for 3 quarters...if we can stop a few folks...we'll be fine! but as good as the game was...6A is big boy ball and we probably aint the best team in our district!

i'm a good friend of dr. kreager...best HS sports reporter in the state of TN...he knows that the players seeing his pick would bring the fire to the blaze...he just wanted to get the bulletin board material going so the BLAZE would roll!
