im a new runner at mcminn central and im curious about what all this is about .... how long is the race and what is an average time... how many team members run?

I am also a high school runner...maybe this will help.

14-16min=your among the best in state

17-19min=Varsity for sure(usually), Excellent runner

20-22min=could be on varsity or could be on JV

23-25min=good runner. usually good freshmen and sophomores in this time

26-30min=for boys this is not so good. you'll be near the back of the pack.

Im a in 10th grade and im run around a 21-23 min 5k but still im on jv

what did u just say. dont even think about talkin bad about couch moore. lets take a look back shall we: coch moore comes 2 columbia, and the 1st year columbia goes 2 tha state. all most un defeated. and last year: the lady lions win the district allmost go ungefeated again. where was coffee co. in the rankings, what place were they in the district, whens the last time the lady raiders went 2 tha state? so what im tryin 2 tell yall people is, how can u say shes nat as good of a coach?
