I've not seen halls play yet, but heard it's unbelievably bad. no leadership, no coaching, no upperclassmen. I heard that one has xferred to Central and one to Gibbs and the other 10 or so from last year's team choose not to play for the coach. I did see them play last year and they had talent. Also heard from a halls parent that the schedule is xtremely easy except for district games. I think halls will have trouble with anyone decent.

TNVOL63 - I heard the 11 at halls were blacklisted by the coach. only 2 of the 11 tried out for fall and were cut by the coach (not allowed by tssaa). The others were doing vball or something in the fall. All left at halls is a jv team and a good l-handed jr pitcher.

most of the players not returning at halls didn't "make" the team when tryouts were held last fall.

kee moved to gibbs, will probably be at ss

for those girls to have been solid performers in 05 and not make the team for 06, they must have a great group of freshmen coming in.

or there are some political issues going on.

Beamergal - it's a real shame that these talented players at Halls will not be playing because of a vendictive and destructive coach. I've seen these girls play and they're good. How long has the coach been there? Are they a rookie? I imagine that parents and players have gone to the high school admin...any results? Coaches should consider their job a priviledge and treat **kids** with respect and honor.
