  1. My bad; however, could you not recognize the success of Phillip Simpson or Nic Marable or do you just want to point out an error?

I may have misstep about Nic Marable; however, your only point was to point out that I missed out about whether Nick wrestled Freestyle or Greco-Roman Wrestling.

You could not even extend a congratulations?

    What is your point?

These are Tennessee wrestlers who are wrestling on the national level and they need to be recognized. Where was your recognition or is it you want to only point out an error about the wrestling of Nick?

NICK MARABLE WRESTLES FREESTYLE!! Get over yourself mr. who'syourdad. He simply made a correction.

  2. Mommy and Daddy probably had the bigger problem. He should have pinned her and moved on to the next guy.

    [/quote

mommy and daddy?? you say that like it is terrible that a parent should influence their child? that is why you become a parent...to raise your children how you see fit! as the child matures he will then have his/her own value sets, and can then choose his /her way. to express that it was possibly the mommy and daddy that made him make a terrible mistake that he will hate them forever for, is not only a lack of character but also demonstrates what is so wrong with many kids these days. hold on to your values and don't down another for theirs. just sayin!!

  3. The Mt.Juliet wrestler was Matthew Seaman, ranked in the top 6 and probably would have medaled as a sophmore in 145

Good! He's young enough to learn from this. Tough lesson, but I hope he grows from it. Every choice has a consequence and he maybe realizes that today. Lucky for him he didn't learn it outside in the real world where you get jail, or worse!

  4. So now there's a conspiracy against West TN wrestlers when Mid TN refs are involved? Or let me guess that's not what your trying to imply at all. (Just like a few weeks ago you weren't implying that West TN officiating is ahead of Mid TN right?)

Do you realize how ridiculous you sound? I'm not one to defend officials and I know there is room for imrovement, but I've never seen anyone cry as much as you do about them.

Was wondering when the board's resident jacka$$ was going to show up. Guess I just got my answer.

Try reading the entire post, and see that it was not just me. Or maybe the reading part is a bit much for you, not sure. But you are going to keep it up one time too many

don't get me involved i try to stay neutral on these issues. although it was a terrible display of reffin in my opinion! MWR you need to go lay down and tuck that thumb back in your mouth.

  5. I'll go out on a limb and predict a finish in the top 3 for Blackman in team pts.Last year they were 3rd and should finish close to that again.Look for seeded wrestlers to do well but will also get strong contributions @ 119,140,145,171 and Hwt.

crutcher hames pitts shuch herron aguilar bolten in finals for bradley.

    simpson beat toon in ot

    boone in final

don't think blackman will make top 3

all i can remember right now

  6. It's a funny thing to me this Tennessee team can have 4 Georgia girls on the roster. They all play for 2 north Georgia high school teams and live in Georgia. The AAU rules are specific and state that only 3 girls from a bordering state can be on a roster. This team did the same thing last year and no one would make them be accountable.

Who is going to enforce the AAU rule concerning this?

THIS IS NOT A RULE NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN A RULE! QUIT SHOWING YOUR IGNORANCE IN YOUR POSTS! IDIOTS LIKE YOURSELF ARE NOT NEEDED ON THESE BOARDS! IT'S BASKETBALL WE'RE NOT SAVING LIVES, RELAX AND ENJOY THE GAMES FOR WHAT THEY ARE. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO GET PLAYERS BETTER(MOSTLY). SO, GO ON WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR STUPID COMMENTS ABOUT WHOM IS PLAYING WITH WHOM. AGAIN NEVER BEEN A RULE ONLY DISCUSSION ABOUT ONLY 3 PLAYERS FROM A HIGH SCHOOL TEAM.

Region 3 had 3 of the 4 top teams and Region 4 had 3 of the top 10 teams.

i see indy got 2nd place again!!

  8. Two questions?

Who is Browning of Cleveland, and what happened to there 103 from last season?

At 112, I think Hames will win it if he is at that weight, have to give Soboun of Antioch a shot at the finals if he is in a different bracket from Hames. In my opinion, he can beat Overmeyer.(I said my opinion). If Mustain has transferred, he will probably be at 189, could make for an interesting weight class.[/quote

  10. FIRST, IS THIS TOBY MCKENZIE OF UTC'S "MCKENZIE ARENA"?

AND DOES HE WANT TO HELP PEOPLE OR JUST BRADLEYS SCHOOL? /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

He tried to donate to several Hamilton Co AREA schools but his thing is he has his architect, contractor, general laborers, that basically he wants to do all the work. He offered the same deal as at Lake Forest to this school system and they wouldn't take it. They couldn't pad their pockets by hiring the good ole boy network is my opinion but i could be wrong. HOW DO YOU TURN DOWN FREE MONEY FOR YOUR SCHOOL SYSTEM??????????

  11. We hoped that the kid that took the jacket with the cell phone and wallet in it, would realize the wrong and turn it in, but no luck. When we called the cell phone company, they said that it was being used a great deal. Thus we now know it was not a mistake. Please check with your kids and ask around? Thanks for your help.

get the phone records tonight for the #'s they called call the #'s in the morning and ask who called you might get lucky and find out who the little jackass is. at that point he could be banned from UTC arena and with a good coach maybe banned from their wrestling team.

anyone know the time each round will start. Coming up Sat. and would like to know when i need to arrive? thanks for any helpful hints.

  14. According to your logic, a Hooker-Bauke match at state duals should mean nothing, because Hooker's seeding should mean nothing, because Hooker's the best 112 in the state and will win 112 at state traditional regardless of how he's seeded, right?

THE HORSE IS DEAD MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!

  15. why would i be jealous about paying $14,000. put the test scores of the 2 schools against each other and see who wins = BHS hands down. They would win on the mat also.

RMC on CoachT say that Pope (GA) has a couple of excellent wrestlers.

Dexter Bushart at 112 lbs and at 285 lbs Joissaint is very good too.

  18. QUOTE(bballscout @ Mar 13 2007 - 05:30 PM) 826410515[/snapback]I am looking for information on the following 12Uteams:

    Clarksville Shox

    MC Magic

    Warren County Pioneers

    94 Lady Falcons

    Shelbyville Stars Gold

    Shelbyville Stars Blue

Has anyone seen them play this year? They are in the Run and Gun and just want to know what caliber teams they are..

Well since no one knew anything last week, how about now?

  19. In responce to your dumb comment...Great teams do not have to recruit...parents who want the best for their kids move into an area so that their child can get the best opportunity to be seen and possibly get a college scholorship...great teams attract great players and you will also find that those coaches with great tallent are in most cases excellent teachers of the game. For Instance David Lipscomb which is a private school with a great basketball history, recruited all of their players in the First Grade...so maybe the TSSAA should regulate first grade teachers so it makes it easier for MLK to win 11 years later.

Thanks for all the answers. I think parents should have a say in where and who their kid plays for. I have 3 choices in my county-1.great person/coach 2. real old school coach 3. a jackass.

Who would want their kid to play for a jackass just because that is the nearest school?

Anyway thanks again and by the way I think about 14-15 other states have this rule.
