Yes that is correct TSSAA agreed to move it to Thursday night but of course nd didn't want to move it up a day and declined. I guess their great coach figured their great and awesome and powerful players needed that extra day to practice for the lonely little ole bees with not a lick of talent oh yes I forgot that great lack of coaching. Lol that's funny

Oh yeah and trickster ur a top notch fan that can't read either. I said it don't matter how good a coach is if your athletes aren't up to par.. the players play not coaches. Coaches call plays but they don't execute them. So as far as you would like to believe as good as your coach is and says that's the reason you guys will win Friday night you better tell him to get his shoulder pads on get him out there and tell him to hit somebody. Because obviously you don't have to much confidence in your players if your depending on your coaching to win the game. Lol at nd incompetent fans!!

The last time I checked coaches didn't get on the field and play the game the players did. Even though trickster there are good coaches on the sidelines they still have to depend on the players to go out and perform. And frankly come from friday night I just don't think the boys from nd will be doing much performing..Lol

Just found out upperman tried to change the night of the game so they wouldn't play in the rain. TSSAA agreed but notre dame said no. Guess they figure they will need the rain to slow york and the boys down! Ha ha

I'm pulling for my hometown boys from Baxter but they might be making a huge mistake! Man I hope not! But they might have to get used to playing on the road since whoever wins this week has to play on the road next week!!

I just hope the crowd can be as loud as they would be on the home field!! Even though the stadium is in cookeville only 10 min away there will still be some differences for the kids. I only live 2 min from tech and my kids go to baxter so it will be more convenient for me I just hope it doesn't bother the players!

If they are worried about the rain just play on Thursday at upperman!

I think this will be a hard fought game by both teams knowing what's on the line in the playoffs. I will be cheering for the dragons.. but I think the game will be no more than a touchdown either way!!!!!!!

Good luck OWLS. Looks like this team is starting to peak at the right time. Unlike Owl teams in the past when they peaked to soon and had lack luster play when the play-offs started. Momentum plays a big part in any sport. This years Owl team seems to have a good amount heading down the stretch.

York has some good players and stopping the veer is just a matter of assignment football. Owls win by 3 scores..

Wow Rocking Chair, I can't believe you think this team will beat us by 3 touchdowns when you all couldn't even do this.. You beat this owl team by a score of 41-20 which is 3 scores.. It took you guys till 3 minutes in the game to beat us by 14.. I would really seriously love to hear how you come to that wide of a margin...You guys didn't beat us as bad as you did the owls..

I have seen both teams play as I am a york fan.. I seen both Molander and Creed Hayes break big gains for scores on our team.. I will say Molander is faster than Creed... I haven't seen anyone faster than Molander in quite some time..

If anybody knows anything about this rivalry.. There is no way the score will be that lopsided!!!! As a former player in the 90's I was apart of the only graduating class that never lost to livingston... But I know the scores are going to be very hard to come by no matter what each school has done against other teams this year. Yes, I am a dragon alumnist and former player and now a big York fan.. Livingston may win this game but I do believe it will be by no more than a touchdown.. but I have to go York 28 Livingston 21.... Ha Ha !!! Let's go DRAGONS!!!!!!!!

Looking thru a one way glass..huh! Options made the best post when said it was in poor taste but no one is ever happy when a kid gets hurt. York came in manhandled Milan as much as Milan did York. The turnovers were the difference in the game and thats part of it. Get over it. The "Dawgs" won. Now go get your silver ball and be happy.

Talk about a one way lens. You never man handled Milan. That is too funny. We won the battle up front consistently all night long. It is always a problem when someone meets a team that throws as much as you guys do because it can't be simulated in practice. However, the adjustments were made, and we fixed it.

Now, you know as well as I do that the bulk of your yardage came in the 1st half. We have already complimented you guys on the way you played. All the trick plays, the 4th conversions, etc. Good job. Milan made adjustments and shut you guys down.

All of you Milan fans are wonderful one trick play for the first touchdown. The next touchdown came on a quick snap from the center to the quarterback runs 19 yards right up the middle for a touchdown right through the middle of the defense untouched. Not a trick play just no defense. The bulk of the yardage 1st half just for your info not hardly 203 1st half and 152 second half total of 355 yards to your 249.Over 100 yards difference u guys better thank god for Avery he was the man in this ballgame.By the way you didnt shut anything down we just came out of the redzone twice with no points Avery int. for 1 and the other int. in your endzone. It sure sounds like total domination to me.Yeah right not hardly ..

You guys (Milan) better play better defense because there wasn't any against York on Friday night.You play like you did against us you will get beat by 4 touchdowns by halftime. Then, again you might be safe since alcoa doesnt throw it much because you guys could not I repeat could not stop the pass. Alcoa may not have to throw it though if they run over you like they do everybody else.Your defensive line better get more physical and aggressive.Just sayin............................

First off, I want to say good luck to both teams. Wish I could make it, but unfortunately the Dawgs put my boys out Friday night, so it's off to basketball for me. While I'm on the subject of your players, they are great athletes and great sports. Never heard any smack-talking from any of them (except for the white kid #12). They are great boys, and had many of them talk to me after the game. I went in thinking they would be exactly like their fans; arrogant, egotistical, and very punkish. I was very pleasantly surprised. Williamson and Gilbert were class acts in the backfield. You have great players on that MHS team, and I wish you the best of luck... Cause right now you're in the position we were before our game. You might as well not even make the drive to the game because it's already over. Just play em hard. I don't know much about F5 this year other than that... They're F5, so nuff' said. Like I said, wish my boys and me could have taken out the Dawgs but, they won... so good luck to them. I got all the respect in the world for those boys.

Tyrel u and the boys had a great game all I heard all week was we didnt have an answer for there defense we outgained them in total offense by 100 yards.You know u wasnt suppose to have been able to run gilbert down...Ha ha............ I guess we all know who was faster dont we.The dawgs played a great second half and they beat us fellow dragons.They WILL NOT be so lucky 2 weeks in a row want to know where that great defense was that we heard so much about because we didnt see it friday night........Great Job!!!! Goodpasture told everyone that was posting on this thread to get back on here after the game and post their thoughts. I am still waiting for GOODPASTURE guy to get back on here the way he was before the game but unfortunately hes nowhere to be found.Come on GOODPASTURE post your thoughts about this game. Hello my fellow friends from Smith County........ I haven't posted near as much as I would have liked to this year. I was at the Livingston/Smith County game earlier this year and I saw Carthage play about the same way that they did in the York game. I just can't believe that all of you guys believe that you are going to beat a team that held you to 126 yards of total offense and that you didn't even score against or really even come close.I know both teams are going to play hard at least I hope we show up to play after the way we played at Goodpasture. York was a complete team last week. I just wish we would have run the ball better. The only thing I'm worried about is a let down after a big game it happened to us 2 years ago in this same situation I just hope it doesn't happen again. Yes, I understand that you guys didn't have anything to play for but neither did york no better than a 5th place finish they couldn't better themselves but they controlled the game. I understand that you guys are pulling for your team as I am mine. I just wouldn't be as fast to say that we are going to beat a team that just beat us 3 weeks ago 28-0 when neither team had anything to play for. Honestly, I cannot say who is going to win this game. I bet it's going to be a great game though. I just hope the boys on the mountain are having a good week of practice and they are taking this game very seriously. As a former player I hope you guys take this week very, very, seriously.COME ON DRAGONS LETS! GO !!!!!! LETS GO!!!!!!!!! LETS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
