Yeah i get what your saying but still everybody knows we should be drilling CA, i mean East, NCS, Jo Byrns, and i would even say East Lit. with Teasley pitching should kill them every game. They got slow pitching, decent fielding, and just blooping the ball in the outfield while hitting. We are all better than them but they are just fighting and doing everything they can do to prove they are a deserved first place in this district. And i agree that yalls field is in great condition and i love it cause the infield won't take any unexpected hops like our field and everyone is going to play solid "D" on that field. I think every game will be a good one except for whoever is playing McEwen, i just dont' think that they can really hang with the # 1 or #2 seeds. I even think if Jo Byrns comes out on top and they end up playing WHH then it will be a good game with Hill pitching for WHH, they have a chance against anyone. But i hope everybody has a good last week of baseball then a good week of practice and we'll see everybody at NCS May 5th. Can't Wait!!!

Yall keep saying that IF East beats CA...does that mean that yall still don't think we are good team or yall think we are no good??? Well Tuck good luck with yall's games this week and yall better watch out for NCS this Friday cause they are getting hot again and thats not something you want playing them the last district game of the year and especially with the stuff that yall got riding on that game. So who all else is playing this week besides East and Jo Byrns?

So this is the last week of district play (at least for us) we have 3 district games left (CA, East Lit, and Houston Co.) So how many games does everybody else have left? Distict tourney's are in less than 2 weeks so everybody has to get there head on straight and play ball now, coming down the home stretch and i still dont' think anybody knows who is going to come out of our district #1 and #2 and go to the region. But good luck to everyone and i look forward to traveling to the remaining district games we have left. Hey BigChief, i heard yall play like on some college field or soemthing like that...any truth behind that or just hear-say???

Even though softball is far from the biggest sport at East Robertson, we are all hoping that the softball can go to state and get it all, our b-ball team went but just couldn't get the title, but our softball team is going to bring it back, if we're lucky then our baseball and softball team could be on our way to the Spring Fling this year.

I believe that, if he hits the ball as near has good as you did last year in practice then he just might be a superstar as long as he don't tear his knee or something...lol...you are just trying to name him after a real superstar (Cal Ripken) we all was hoping you named him Dave Jr., that would have been funny, i wish you could have stayed and finished out our high school career but things always work out for the best and maybe you can go out and get a state title with your new team, you should take the job and do your thing, just don't run them as much as you did us...lol...they'll end up hating you...just kidding with ya...but hey hope to see you up here soon but its my b-day today and my mom is taking me out to lunch. Well we just got to school this morning and the game is cancelled already today with us @ CA. So hopefully everybody can get their games in today. Good luck. Dave where are you, you haven't posted in a long time?

We got CA tomorrow as long as the next batch of rain coming in doesn't hit Clarksville to hard then we'll get to play, our starting catcher is out till Monday so i kinda don't want to play the game cause i dont' know how are back-up will do with not alot experience at the high school level but our team has faith in him if we end up playing, but i'll update everybody on the score of game as soon as its final...good luck to everybody the rest of the week!

We are supposed to play CA tomorrow at their place if the rain doesn't end it for us. Hopefully the sun will pop out later on today or tomorrow all day. I sure hope we can get this game in cause we are ready to play with 3 good days of practice under our belt.

You know i got yall's back tsad06, i know yall are a good team, i seen it the 1st time we played yall, and we were down to and then all of our chemistry came back when we played mcewen so maybe its back for yall. And we got yall's back against CA, we going to beat them on Friday so don't let that even get you worried, yall just worry bout beating Jo Byrns and winning out, even though i would like my team to come in 1st but doesn't seem like that can happen mathamatically so i want yall to. I just don't want to see Jo Byrns do it again, their heads swell up bigger than watermelons. So yall just go out and finish the job but can't promise that we won't be there in the end to play yall again. And as for Houston Co. they have OK pitching, OK hitting, but poor fielding, so i think yall can go out and get the job done but don't overlook them cause they got 2-3 guys on the team that can straight smash the ball. But good luck tsad06, we got yall's back and yall have ours. Season is almost over and its TOURNAMENT TIME, THE ONLY THING THAT COUNTS BABY!!!!

Rossview, Red Boiling Springs, and Houston Co. They lost to Houston Co. 9-8 but bounced back a week later and beat them 13-1.

Yeah well when NCS plays Jo Byrns again NCS will come on top in that game to. Just face it you can't hit a slow pitcher if your life depended on it, yall are not on top of yall's game right now so therefore NCS will beat yall, it will be the game they bounce back in. But anyways Tuck like i said WE'LL SEEE YALL IN THE TOURNAMENT AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. Everyone will see the team we really are once it counts in the tournament.

Amelia Eden has 7 for East Robertson so far. Chelsea Carter has 4. Watch out for the Indians they are very young but very good, they are almost unbeatable team. 5 sophmores starting but they all have been on the same travel ball team their whole life and have won the world series 3 years straight!!!!

Coffee pitched yesterday after Pitt got took out in in the 3rd, Anthony pitched great and was on top of his game. He pitched way over good enough to get us the win, we just couldn't play the D-fence when it counted. Will's arm is ok, he is on the mound Friday against CA, he was just sore after he pitched that complete game, no-hitter against NCS. I think he threw 105 or so pitches that game so it took a while to gain back all strength but he told me yesterday he was fine and it wasn't hurting anymore and it sure didn't look like it was hurting him when he was throwing from short to 1st yesterday!

I think Coffee is right to, making no excuses for us but if it wasn't for one bad inning in every game we lost except the 1st Jo Byrns game and the 1st NCS game then we would be 9-2 right now and at the top of our district but we're not so there's nothing you can say but WHAT IF? But we still got the tourney's to go, and it seems to me like East Lit. is going to sneak up on some people just like i said they would. Everybody better watch out in the 1st round cause if you get East Lit. you know you got Teasley on the mound and i hear he is a hard guy to beat. I would probably say this is how it is going to end up.. 1. Jo Byrns 2. CA 3. NCS 4. East Robertson 5. Houston Co. 6. East Literature 7. WH Heritage 8. McEwen there's still baseball to be played but it will be something like this depending on the CA-Jo Byrns game today, and good luck to yall bigchief, i'm really happy that yall won a really important game in this district and to prove to everybody that yall aren't a pushover. But good luck to all teams and i think we got a very good chance of putting a team in state, we got 3-4 in our district that can do it IF you play your A game! Hey dave sorry that we didn't beat Jo Byrns we really wanted it but we still got tourney's to go and we are going to beat them before we get out of high school, its really bugging me and i know you want us to get as bad as we do. The Lady Indian softball team is 24-3, give or take a few wins, i know they have lost 3. They are having an awesome year and have already won 2 tournaments this year. They went down to The "Boro" back in March and took the silver part of the tournament going 9-1, then went to the College Heights tournament finishing 1st going 7-1 defeating DCA 7-2 in the championship game. So can they do the improbable and go to state and take it all????

Ok i know us (East Robertson) only have 3 district games left. How is everybody's district record right now, i was looking on here and CA, Houston Co., and McEwen don't have all there games on here. Jo Byrns beat East today 10-7. Good game but East game them the game, we had 8 errors and still stayed in it. I take the loss all on my shoulders, i had 2 errors, and could have got to 2 balls which wasn't errors but i still should have made. If i would have brought my game today, we would have won. Yeah Tuck i think those are right, i think Houston Co. is tied with us for 4th but we would have the tie breaker since we have beat them head to head, but the season is far from over, those standings doesn't even matter right now. All that matters is this week and next week then we can figure out the seeds without having to ask around. We got Jo Byrns today, always a BIG BIG RILVARY, even though we haven't made it to much fun for them the last couple of times we played them, with yall blowing us out every time but maybe we can go out today and give yall a good game. So who's all in action this week? I mean what is all the district games being played, almost every game is important now with everybody having at least 2 losses except CA, i'm not trying to be mean but we got to come on and beat CA if anybody else wants to come on top besides them. Yeah they are a good team but i would say that East, Jo Byrns, and NCS is above them and could very easily run rule them. And if Heritage played like they did against us Wednesday then they could beat anybody in the district so the next time yall (Jo Byrns and NCS) play them, yall better come in ready to play ball cause they can very easily take the game from you. Well just wanting to know who was all in action in district play this week, give me some feedback. We got vs. Jo Byrns (tomorrow), @ Houston Co. (tuesday or wednesday {make-up game}) @ CA (Friday), @ Friendship Christian (Saturday)

You are right but i think our scorer scored that an error but still i would have put it as a hit cause it was a great bunt down the line, exactly where it needed to be put. Appreciate the comment on my hit, but those 2 ground outs to 3rd made me mad cause they were right down the middle and i just didnt keep my head in. But good game to yall to, even when we were up 5-1, i was still not totally confident cause i know how quick 4 runs can be scored with yall, i experienced it in the 1st game we played yall. But yall going to bounce back and just get those sticks going, good luck to yall!!....is there any updates on the jo byrns-CA score?

You know what Voldad, Tuck posts on here all the time, so maybe they got beat and he's not wanting to put it on here or maybe he just hasn't had time being a weekend, but i'm pretty sure they played, wasn't supposed to rain yesterday, but i also look forward to seeing the score of that game. But East is playing in the Wildcat Classic today in Fraklin, KY, so hopefully we can go up there and play some good ball but have alot of fun doing it since its not a district game. Yeah Hill we might not be as good as NCS but we beat them 7-1 today, so i think its time to reevaluate this whole district. Everything is shaking up, nobody knows who is going to win each game. Will Clinard pitched a no-hitter today for east against NCS, while going 4-4. We had 8 hits and 7 runs. No errors by either team i think. Anthony Coffee's 3-run homer in the 5th gave us all the momentum and it was pretty much over there. But i still believe NCS is a very good team and still is going to come on top of everybody cause i'm hoping we can come out and get the job done against Jo Byrns and CA. Hopefully!
