I dont think the fireworks had anything to do with USJ losing the game costly errors made USJ lose the game. Why isnt anyone saying anything about the USJ people that came back to the outfield and shouted just like us ?

Covingtons outfield is pretty solid but Joshua Posey I think is the best he plays right field can easily gun somebody going to third or home

It was a great game tonight both teams pitchers Gant and Burdette pitched very well covington capitalized on usj's mistakes to jump out early and thats all we needed but I thought we did play smart and pitch around Liles good job for both teams tonight one of the best ball games ive seen all year

Joe Freeman out of covington is a solid catcher good fundamentals strong batting average all around goodplayer

I wish Munford the best of luck, but I must say that I think that you missed out on a good one.

If you are talking about Marty Wheeler then yes munford did miss out on a great coach I played under him at covington while he was d coordinator he has all the stuff to make it as a Head Coach

Yes and i was apart of that team that went 11-3 and we won off talent not coaching

Did you all get a new coaching staff this year? I know a lot of school that would like to have the 67-15 record Covington has had over the last 6 years.

We got new coaches at the beginning of last season and if these guys stick around to long i dont think our 67-15 records goin to hold up

Covingtons new field is very nice the bleachers are a little short but the field is great

Ok so lipscomb beat us last year thats right last year time to look ahead here covington started off very slow but is peaking at the right time USJ been solid throughout the year and with the names they are carrying on their team such as Liles and Gant they are no push over i dont know to much about lipscomb but they were good last year

You want to know what makes a great coach look at all of covingtons coaches right now and do the complete opposite

any one heard any news on the new munford coach last i heard it was between Marty Wheeler former covington d coordinator and The old Memphis East Coach
