  1. QUOTE(Baseballfan9383 @ Mar 27 2007 - 07:22 AM) 826423730[/snapback]Well for everyones information ANY Player or coach in this district that would like to come watch a game at AC to scout them or just watch a good game gets in free. AC had this same conflict last year and thought that their was an agreement that both parks would let each other in free but i guess someone forgot to tell the evil lady at the gate that when she approached AC players on their way in yelling at them to pay. I am sure catholic doesn't have to worry losing 40 or so dollars off a couple of AC players. But don't worry CHS they bought some drinks and food while they were there. AC players just wanting to come watch a good game on their night off.. But don't worry they will be playing tonight and won't bother you again ( until you play them )

Each ballpark handles their gate differently. I would expect some courtesy to be given to any player of any sport when it is their "season" to play. For example, I wouldn't expect a football player to get in free during a basketball game. Nor would I expect a baseball player to get in free to a soccer game. But I would expect baseball players to get in free to baseball games within their respective districts. This is only proper etiquette. As for your other comments, I find it bothersome to call the Catholic lady, evil, but unfortunately I know the lady you speak of as she has been outspoken at our park as well. Has anyone heard of ugly language from that side as well? Looks like their priest would put a stop to ungodly matters.

  2. No class is right. The last game against Loudon AC had a 15-0 lead and the coach was stealing bases, bunting and even tagged up a runner on an infield pop up. They also threw several pitches way inside to Thompson and finaly hit him square in the back. I would say that Gibbs also found out last night how annoying it is to hear the pa guy cheer lead from the press box. With the comments in todays Knox News Sentianl he really showed his class. Also when Loudon was playing Seymore Monday night he showed up because of his game being rained out (I didn't see him but someone told me he was there) and had the pa guy announce that they had lost 9-2.

You must be in a special education class at Loudon. Learn to spell and

try proof reading before you send your next response. You have been certainly misinformed. I was there! Our Seymour PA announcer, not the AC coach made a mistake in delivering the information. The score was not AC and Gibbs but a AAA score. Unless the "scouting coaches" from AC were in a helicopter, there was no time to play a game, lose 9-2, and come watch both teams play. Your celebration was in vain. Hats off to my Seymour team for being classy all year and not erupting in joy when the erroneous score was announced. Also, hats off to the AC team whose success is generated by an exceptional coaching staff. Nobody likes a sore loser.

  3. if os hits the ball like they can they wil make it a good ball game but if they dont harriman wins with ease!

Excellent shut out. Kudos to Blake Leach and his team at OS. Seems like a hot time for a lot of propaganda at this site. Please lets keep it clean and honest. Hiding behind screen names doesn't fool everybody.

    Good Luck to all Teams
