  1. Well let me just put my 2 cents in, I was there at the game, I personally didn't see the flip off, but others around me saw it.  I know what I saw with my own 2 big ole eyes while wearing my glasses though and that was the player #11 on AE side playing dirty pretty much the whole game.  This was totally uncalled for and several of our Fans saw what this Golden Slippers wearing #11 was doing! I can't respect that at all! Oh and for the remark about wait till basketball and track season gets here.........who cares, it's still football season well at least for us! Mighty Tornadoes! #60 is my fam!

  2. If a player's parents move a kid to Alcoa to play ball its NOT recruiting, its a parents choice. What my point is about the out of zone kids from out of county. Look at it like this. Say college football worked like the TSSAA. U of Tenn(Lewis Co) was open zoned outside Knox Co but restricted to only recruit kids from within Tennessee High Schools(county) but they all attended free. And the same applied to Vandy(UHS). Alabama(Alcoa) and Florida(CPA) were also also open zoned to recruit their entire state's high schools free from tuition, but for a 500.00 fee,per student, could recruit the entire country if they so choose. Then the NCAA(TSSAA) put them in same division and called them competitive equals. How would that work out for U of Tenn and Vandy? That is essentially what this loop hole has created. I don't blame Alcoa for exploiting it. But their fans need to see it for what it is. AlcoaBasketball:

A week ago. We do see it for what it is, we take advantage of it.

    Interesting analogy though.

I'm not about to go back and forth with you on this, I really could care less what people think about Alcoa, Maryville, Fulton, The Sky, The Moon or the Stars etc. etc.

  3. I saved the picture and opened it in Paint. I then took the dropper and got the color from the end zone. The codes for the end zone are:

    HUE: 233          RED: 189

    SAT:  182          Green: 26

    LUM: 101          Blue: 55

I then made a comparison with two well known Universities.

NOTE: Since this is a photo, all of this can change with the exposure, lighting etc...

Perhaps they should had made it Gray/Grey

  4. For a knowitall-you know squat :thumb:

How many times has this got to be said.If you want to go to an alcoa city school and get a fantastic education and or participate in sports or band or cheerleading or anything else the school offers and you live outside the city limits you can pay tuition and attend this great school. You have to make passing grades and be a good citizen. It is up to the parents to put you in ,Alcoa does NOT go out and recruit players,If this was true we would also be winning state championships in all the other sports.I or anyone else cannot explain it any clearer than this.If you or anyone else cannot understand, then question your own school system for your shortcomings.Good grief the dang horse is dead already. If you or anyone else has any proof that Alcoa is cheating I implore you to contact the TSSAA and turn them in with the proof.

Some people just don't understand..........even after being there...and for the record Mrknowitall, Alcoa72 said "you know squat".........where is that saying you don't know anything????? :o

and as for saying how people hate the Alcoa Fans..........Hater's Hate on!!!! I'm quite sure if teams had records like ours or as the old saying goes, if the shoe was on the other foot...................need I say more???? Nope that's why I'm gone!!!! :motorbike:

Twister how can I get that DVD?

  5. WHO CARES ABOUT STATS! Stats do not mean ONE thing. Also if you all are SOOOOOOOOOO good, then move up and play teams like Beech, Hendersonville, Gallatin, and MJ. Exactly you'd get stomped. I don't think people understand how small Goodpasture really is. In the senior class there are 97 students, and they have the biggest grade. Also, the jokes about dress codes...really? COOL. ROCK ON. We will see you Friday, win or lose, Goodpasture has done work this year. Alcoa is full of cocky stuck up meat heads that care more about football than education. So quit talking smack, and wait till Friday. SUCK IT.

WOW......what are they teaching you young children at this Christian school?????

  6. How much are tickets at Alcoa? Do you guys charge parking? You should be ashamed of yourselves making visitors pay to come in there and take beatings like you do. :roflol: haha

The same price as all TSSAA games $6.00 and we don't charge for parking...........dang!

ummmmm was this post a joke??? :roflolk:

  7. Well I can say this and I got this first hand from my sister that had a conversation with Coach Monte Kiffin on a flight to Florida, July 2, 2009. Coach Kiffin told her they would love to have T Rob, why they are dragging their feet on making him an offer is beyond me, I even told T Rob about the conversation, he seemed excited at the time, anyway.................................................:thumb:
