I actually thought you were being kind of humorous I'm sorry if I offended you TTU. I know you have not like my thoughts on Oliver Springs in the past but I guess you could say I've been pretty close to on spot with them,I do hope they do better I would love to see them be competitive.

I just can't see York being a competitive team against the team like coalfield,York would have had to take good big strides from last year and coalfield is just a wrecking machine right now.

Also thank you very much for the compliment we do appreciate it and again I do hope all of Oliver Springs will come out of their shell at some point in time and be like they were a few years ago.

I appreciate the good words. I hope we can climb the ladder too. I just can't see coalfield being any better than last year. York has really improved. I will be the first to say I was wrong  though. good luck this week.

I complemented your team about playing good competition whether they win or lose. It was not a dig in any way. I guess I am just not on your level. my thought was that good teams try to play good competition. Greenback and Coalfield always seem to do that each season. Oz has finally scheduled a couple of tougher non district games. I think it will help them some.  . I forgot you are the lee corso  of the message board.  (that would be a dig). York has had some very good teams over the last several years. especially with coach wright at the helm. he was not the coach the last couple of years.

Wont bother me if they lose.  just stating the facts.  York has  a special group of players  too. I saw them in person in a bowl game last year and this year at oakdale. the new scheme the y run fits their kids much better. not to mention its  a huge school with alot of talent. coalbucket could lose and still have a good team just like you guys tonight.

I saw York in person at oakdale last week. They are big and physical. it will be a close game. Wing t teams can three yard you to death.

I was not impressed with our tellico scrimmage, but I think we will pull this out in a close game. OZ by 6.

5 division 1 prospects? If Greenback has 5 D1 prospects then they underachieved and I'm getting bad in my evaluation.

I am just stating what I have read this year and what I over heard some greenback fans saying at a couple of their games. They do have two committed to tech, One at NC , and silvery for sure.

Not knocking any Coach but you have to see what coaches do with average talent to really grade um. Alot of coaches could have done less. Time tells all tales

Very true, not many coaches especially in class A have 5 division 1 prospects and two mr. Football finalist to work with on the same team. They are still on a great run. I really thought they would faired better in the title game though.

OZ is actually 1 mile closer to Cloudland than GB is.LOL!Cfield is 3 miles farther.

Some one close to our program said we had requested to move to region 1 but I cant believe that is true. are you all still considering moving up?

Greenback is the new Grace.New School, Turf field and bringing in new kids. Don't see any 1a or 2a teams in either region that can keep up. This may make a few mad but it is what it is.

i believe you are right! all kinds of resources there and always picking a few kids. they are in a great spot to get rolling.
