Pardon, but have you actually watched the teams in the district.....The freshman team could've suited up the past two years and went 11-9. Not to say whether Anderson is a good coach or not, because I don't really know...but they beat the teams the past two years that they shouldve...East, Cherokee, South-Doyle, Cocke County and Seymour...they beat one team they maybe shouldn't have Sevier (2010) and lost three games they shouldn't have (William Blount, William Blount and West)
As far as coaching he was crazy taking the job lets see Meadows was not a good coach what has he done since he lost all the athletic teams lets see nothing because he ran out of athletes and that is why he left Jeff Co and Euverard was not a good people person and destoried the program and Anderson the sacrificial lamb but wait he went 2007 6-4 playoffs and Big East coach of the year over (Clark DB, Taylor B, Brewer SC, Smith SH, Wells CC,) 2008 3-7 lost all-state QB McFall that beat greenville that lost to maryville in Semi-finals 2009 5-5 stated 0-4 and made the kids believe for a turn around 2010 6-4 playoffs and 6-1 in conference yeah should of been 8-2 but they were not so he came in changed the program in a positive way and started restoring the program back to were we used to be so lets get rid of him. Well we did it was a sad day for the patriot nation all across the state because we knew what he was trying to do the impossibe under what he came in to. so I salute you Jutin Anderson and best of luck and go somewhere where you are wanted.

I can sum the loss to Mo-W into one word. Refs
Were there other things we could have done to win, yes, but the missed field goal that wasn't missed and the missed extra point that would have tied the game 21-21 that wasn't missed was ALL ON THE REFS. (For those of you who think #73 missed those kicks. Watch the film. He did not miss.) Not to mention the no calls for 2 blocks in the back during the 2nd INT for a TD to give Mo-W and 20 to 14 lead.
Sadly, watching the officials body language and smirks was just enough the make you vomit. I would like to know how much they were paid. Yes, I said paid. From listening to many of the Mo-W fans talk after the game, they know they should have lost and that Jeff Co was robbed.
Way to go Refs. Way to go.
I also wonder about the AC/DC being played over the loud speakers when Jeff Co was running plays on 3rd and 4th downs. Is that allowed under the T$$AA rules? Not sure, but if it is allowed, I would think every team needs to wire in the biggest sound system they can get for making noise. Who needs Cowbells when you have AC/DC's "Heck's Bells".

The banner in Jefferson County had good preview and schedule stories leading up to the baseball and sball tournament. Unfortunately they don't post stuff online i dont think.

DB played their worst game so far and probably this season, and still beat you guys by 22, 29 going by wacos score. Mcfall or no mcfall u wont see us in the playoffs, because your not very good period. JC is nothing but punks, like that when i played and its gotten worse, YOU CANNOT BLOCK BELOW THE KNEES 3 YRDS FROM THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE, and play after play i watched ur line do that cheap,dirty,busch league stuff tryin to hurt as many players as possible to try and ruin DB's chances later on, everyone in the DB stands knew what was going on, better believe we will never forget it also. And dont even mention the refs being homers, you goofy a** we had to sit and watch a 75 yrd run get called back for an indv. whistle, i also watched #65 bateman get held on every play and still force 2 fumbles and have a sack, you wont see us again and probably not for awhile, if i was GC i would not schedule them for the next 3 or 4 yrs, make them show us they can beat a morristown team first, good luck in the toilet bowl, im sure u have murphy fair scratchin their heads wonderin what they were thinkin.

If I was that new coach I would pitch Leon every game that mattered at this point....Anyone that hold's Morristown East to one run this year has got to have the stuff. And all this talk about poor JCHS defense.. Every team is going to have a error here or there, and yes that has to be eliminated...but some of these losses cant be contributed to defense... Science Hill - lack of hitting and Hill gave up to yackers, East - too many strikeouts, batters have to be aggressive...Powell - four runs not a lot but should be good enough to win in softball

Jefferson County struggled tonight both pitching and defense. Hit the ball solid at times but couldn't string it together. Bases loaded in the second and first baseman hit a lazy out. Hill just back from suspension I learned, may take her time time to get back into form. Leon looked good last night at seymour, lineup stroked it.
I wouldn't waste my time making this one up. Time to look forward to conference play next week, hosting Cocke County on Tuesday and at West later in the week.

From what I saw from JC early this year, they should be a threat to score runs with their speed. With the Nelson girl, and then the three outfielders, not sure of their names, one has red hair. If I remember correctly the right fielder was one of their top hitters last year. Dont recognize the centerfielder but she looked solid.
One girl I didn't see play was last year's starting first baseman. Not sure if she has dropped off or what but cant see her not being any better than what was on the corners for JC when I saw them this preseason.

I know her name others may not, simply refering to her by class because of earlier post asking about JCHS's pitching from senior to freshman. I have referred to her by name before. For clarity senior: Mindy Helton, junior: Ashley Earl, sophmore Tori Hill, freshman: Whitney Leon. I think they have another freshman: Tabitha Walker, but haven't seen her throw in a game yet. I hope this is to your satisfaction dzbettin.
I don't know about classes, but saw Leon pitch twice this preseason, including last night against Carter...and if she is just a freshman, whoa watch out.

All I speak is truth. For you to come on the forum and say that she doesn't use vulgarity in the locker room and has never sat in on coach duncan's practice is absolutely obsured. I have personally seen and heard her do both. She then attempts to copy what coach d does which I understand because he IS a coach that knows what he is doing but its to no avail. Ask any former player about the way she speaks and they will most definately tell you. If I'm not mistaken she was just approached by the AD randy richards about her conduct with the girls so don't make her out to be all great and holy. Everyone on here talks about Greeneville plays tough defense and that is coached so it has to be coach c. NO its not coach c. Yes Greeneville girls play hard but the reason is Greeneville girls are used to winning. They know what it takes to play tough defensive and be successful. How do they know this? Well almost all girls that play now played for coach bill mulhahan who was a great coach. HE instilled the fundamentals on defense and playing tough. His record at the middle school speaks for itself. ANYONE and I mean ANYONE who had played the game in college like coach c could have done what she has done with these teams. She doesn't know how to coach she was a player and anyone who had that knowledge could have came in and did what she has done...anyone.

She has been to the state tournament but lets face it, east tennessee girls basketball is weak and that why she has won.
I have no insight to whether the rest of your post is BS or not, but that right there is the truth. Of course you have to show up and play the games every night, but with Greeneville's talent, it doesn't take a lot to get past Region 1. Win a substate game and youre in.
