Look it's happened and you can't change it. Do I fel sorry for Lamb? Absolutely not! In my opinion he just lived up to being the person I assumed he was. But I do hate it for all the kids as a whole because they could not help what his actions caused. As far as my Florida reply it was meant to be light-hearted and I hope you took it that way. Grace will rebound and be fine. It is a fine school with fine folks running it. I just hope the powers that be learn a lesson from this.

As far as the other posters talking about this kids parents and what not you need to be quiet before someone embrasses you. Everyone knew where this kid was living.. Matter of fact he supposedly left for Florida this past weekend (going home is how I think he put it). The responsiblity for all this rests totally on Anthony Lamb. He's gone now and it's up to the good folks that are left to clean up his mess.

Although I dont know every knook and cranny of Morgan County I didnt think it would be possible for any student to have to ride a bus as long as he was talking about from almost anywhere in the county.

The quarterback they had earlier this season was a great athlete.

You are absolutely right the local politicians keep the good people of Morgan County under their thumb by making them believe that all these small schools are better. When in fact the quality of education would go up tremendously with one or even two consolidated High Schools. What if Wartburg combined with Coalfield and Sunbright with Oakdale. I think that would be very do-able. And might even save the taxpayers some money in the long run. And you would almost certainly end up with two very powerful sports programs sometime down the road.

Consolidation would be the best thing for all involved. But knowing that neck of the woods like I do I think world war 3 would break out. Because all those little communities think they are superior to the other imo.

Oneida or Greenback has no competition this week. Oneida is playing a team crippled by crime and we have the glorified holier than thou gospel crusaders. I'll see you in Oneida next week if you want to see a real game. I could take Bear and myself and beat Grace in two quarters with no help.
