I have wondered at the effect of increasing tuition at GHS. When tuition for county students was negligible, did GHS draw more prime players from the county high schools? At close to $1000, I imagine it would be much harder to attract county players to the city.

A West player from several years ago explained the following to me: "East is least and West is best!"
