IMHO, I think the lack of support (which is the basis of a lot of the problem) falls back to the administration. No support... it seems to me as an onlooker that the football program at MC is a bother to the admin. There is sooo much potential for honest and awesome support and there is also sooo much talent on that team! After the lack of support at the school level, there is MORE lack higher up! WJ has been lined up with HUGE barriers to success.. Not there there aren't other problems and things that I think he maybe could tighten up on, but when faced with those type of barriers, MC needs an athletic politician! just an observation!
