It looks like you are the one who was not paying attention the game plan from the beginning was to keep Tucker off the field offensively. But you are right we are not a UC type team.

With few exceptions our defense has been awesome. We had a little hiccup in the WC game but got the Devils got going. I don't figure that we will start that way again.

Well I admit that I overlook both your loss to Signal Hill and to Polk County since they are not in 1A. I bet the game films on both of those games will be interesting. I meet some of your SP people at our game the other night they seem to be very nice people. Hope they enjoyed the game and had a safe trip home.

Well at least Josie is inventive I haven't heard it before. I can think of several for you. Siggie Hill, eaglettes, sparrow, hummingbirds... I think Siggie Hill Sparrows has a nice ring to it.

I hope that SP does think that the toughest game they will play it Gordonsville. If they come to Cookeville with that attitude then they will be in world of trouble early. I'm saying that JB brings home their first gold ball.

Well this is the game that everyone has been talking about all year and now it is less than a week away. There will definately be some interesting match ups in this game. I do think that we have some areas that will present some problems for SP. That being said GO BIG RED!!!

Thanks we are real proud of him. I have cried every game since Senior night. I just have to hide it from him or he gives me a hard time. He has been very fortunate to have been surrounded by excellent coaches since pee wee ball and he has wonderful team mates that make him look good.

Congrats to our Devils on the win. Thanks to PC for the hopitality. The field was not in near the shape I thought it would be in by what you guys said on the boards. It was great to meet some of the posters from PC. I have to say that the JB players played an excellant game. The O and D lines had the game that I have been expecting all year long. I hate naming numbers because you all work so hard as a unit. I have to give a special shout out to #20 for a fabulous game you are the man. Great effort guys now lets go to Cookeville and bring home that gold ball.
