  1. How is Whitwell not even in this conversation?!? /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> I'll never understand you people. GO TIGERS!! They're Grrrrrreat (in 2008)!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  2. I agree. If Sale Creek and Lookout Valley have the kind of teams they normally have (like for the past 20 years), Richard Hardy is not even in the conversation. They're an average team that has caught District 6 with a few of its normal Top 4 teams having very less than average years. I still think RH's coach will win it, just because CSAS's coach won it last year, but I don't think that's right. What's the logic? If a good team is expected to be #1 in a lousy district and they do it, do they get no credit? But if an average team in a lousy district finishes higher than most (except me) thought, do they get all the credit? I wonder which way that will go. Hmmmmmmmm.
  3. It will be hard, very hard, for someone in the district to beat them (I assume that's what you meant), but that's as far as they'll go. District 5 will rule the Region once again. Here's how it'll end up (I think): 1. CSAS (Dominant...in the district) 2. South Pittsburg (Will probably get to the championship game again) 3. Richard Hardy (I predicted it; You're welcome Hawk fans) 4. Sale Creek (Look out, could cause some trouble in the tourney!) 5. Lookout Valley (Down this year, but not to be overlooked) 6. Whitwell (6th only because there's not a 7th place)
  4. Yep, and we've one twice as many games (2) as we had all season since he did (2)! Way to go MIGHTY TIGERS (They're Grrrrreat, except for the former bballstud2008!)!
  5. I heard he punched a cheerleader for not cheering loud enough. Any truth in that? If so, how could the refs T him up for that? I mean, how would the officials know if she was cheering loud enough or not? That's a total judgement call. I'll have to say, "Booooooo, refs!" on that one!
  6. Perhaps, but at least I can spell it.
  7. Your racial slur is offensive to me and my people. Please refrain from your Dunlapidness immediately. Please continue to support our MIGHTY TIGERS (They're Grrrrreat, except for bballstud2008!), however, in their quest for basketball greatness.
  8. Can't. They still hang folks up here. Good to know that we'll finish in the Top 5 of the Battle of the Sequatchie Valley, though. (St. Andrews isn't the valley, right?) Way to go MIGHTY TIGERS (They're Grrrrrrreat, except for bballstud2008)!
  9. You were right. We lose...AGAIN! and AGAIN! and AGAIN!
  10. From what I've heard, this is WAAAAAAY more than a "second" chance. More like 10th or 12th. But hey, Richard Hardy's winning, so who cares about the details, right?
  11. C'mon man! I agree that Sequatchie's got a pretty decent team this year, but I think they're usually pretty solid. However, citing Whitwell and Marion as "big wins"? CCS is a "big win" even though they're down a bit this year. Don't get me wrong, Sequatchie is solid and could cause some problems for folks in the tournament, but beating Marion County and Whitwell is like beating Sisters of the Poor and Sisters of the Really, Really, Really Poor! Good game last night, though.
  12. You rang? I suppose it is my duty to take up for all the sorry Whitwell fans that won't defend our team from the attacks from these crazy SP people. So, here goes: Round 1 of the Valley Wars went to the Pirates. They gained my permission to build a new gym. Congratulations! How's that working out for ya? However, Round 2 is tonight, and it's time to take back what belongs to us. I'm not sure what that is, so any suggestions would be helpful. The "Out of Control Bandit" (as the loving fans from SP call him--wow, what great fans) will get controlled tonight. Starkey will have no dunks and he knows it. Guarantee a layup on any breakaways because he knows the outcome of going up for dunks in the Tiger's Den! The Prediction: The MIGHTY TIGERS (They're great, except for bballstud2008!) win this one and take back what belongs to them (whatever that is)! WHS: 77, SP 64
  13. Do not mock our team. That will get you banned.
  14. An out-of-shape woman from Whitwell?? What are the odds? MIGHTY TIGERS (They're GRRRRREAT!) dominate this one again. Sale Crick runs home with their Howlin' Pantherette tails between their legs.
  15. It's working out just like I've been saying. Once the MIGHTY TIGERS (They're GRRRRREAT!) got through their horribly tough schedule to open up the season, I said they'd show their true colors. Now that they've whipped up on CCA, it's on! The "Crick" is next! WHS: 79 SC: 58 Sale Crick will keep it close for a quarter, quarter and a half, then it'll be over!
