wayne co will play the LOSER of the Culleoka vs Moore Co. game tommorrow.

10A #1 NCS will host Cascade 10A #2 CA will host Forrest 10A #3 McEwen will travel to Van Buren Co. 10A #4 E.Robertson will travel Eagleville

Yes, these teams played both games very close.

Cully is definately playing good ball, (not saying that Moore Co. isn't). Cully is 12-2 at home and MC is 12-1 on the road including a win @ Cully earlier this season. I say DeMario shows up BIG and leads the Warriors to a 11A Championship with a final score of 59-52. This WILL prove to be a GREAT game.

Well since 9A doesn't seem to want to tell a 10A fan anything at all, so I can know what to expect from the matchups. Let's just settle this and say that I and hopefully others are looking forward to a EXCELLENT region 5A tournament. Once the region 5A tournament is over NO MATTER who makes it to sub-state....I hope region 5A gets at least one team to state.

Yes, WHH beat Community twice this year and since neither team made it to region I did not include their records. The records for all of 9A vs 10A 9A went 2-10 vs 10A, therefore 10A went 10-2 vs 9A....I will point out that 9A reg. season champs DID NOT play a D10A team, NEITHER did 10A's #2 and #4 teams ER and CA.

I was not trying to be ''cocky'' I was just saying that 10A does not need help to win in region...I agree NCS does not need to get cocky, I do not think they will after that Region-Semi's loss last year to East Lit. But its tournament time so ANYTHING can happen 9A could go 4-0 and so could 10A. Let's see how things go......Good Luck to teams playing in 9A consolation and championship games tommorrow.

I wasn't trying to get a secret strategy on how to beat 9A. The four teams from 10A in region are 4-0 against 9A this season anyway(doesn't look like they need any help). I was just looking for some information on how these other teams play.

First round games are saturday....I will definately be at the NCS game as it is the last TRUE home game for this senior class.

I have watched more of 10A than 9A....so can someone give me some scouting reports on VB,Eagleville,Cascade, and Forrest?

Honestly, I have no idea where the region 5A tournament is at, I just assumed since 10A was at hillwood that Region 5A was at hillwood. Anyone from 9A how do you see the consolation and championship games going?

Wasn't the D-9A tournament and region 5A tournament at eagleville last year ? The D10A tournament was hosted by Nashville Christian but was at hillwood as there(NCS) gym was to small to have a tournament in, according to tssaa. This year is D-10A's turn to host region I believe and that is why region 5A is at Hillwood.

As for 9A vs 10A here are the records of the 8 teams in region vs the other district. Van Buren 0-0 Eagleville 2-1 went 1-1 vs Jo Byrns and 1-0 vs Houston Co. Cascade 0-2 went 0-2 vs NCS Forrest 0-3 went 0-2 vs McEwen and 0-1 vs Jo Byrns Total 2-6 Nashville Christian 2-0 went 2-0 vs Cascade Clarksville Academy 0-0 McEwen 2-0 went 2-0 vs Forrest East Robertson 0-0 Total 4-0 NCS vs Cascade , McEwen vs Forrest were the only matchups that hapened during the regular season.

Yes, I understand that 9A is most likely better than I know as I haven't seen that district play alot. All I can base Eagleville on are there games against Jo Byrns where the split the season series 1-1 and Jo Byrns was definately not the class of 10A this year. As for Van Buren I respect tha team and the work they did this year in 9A in fact I would love to see a region final between Van Buren and Nashville Christian.

True, I am sure not too many people outside the CA program saw them making it to the championship game. Who knows they may make it to sub-state with a good run in regionals.

Depeding on how 9A finishes it could eaisly be 3-1 for 10A or 2-2. ER cold pull a 1st round upset of the 9A champ, Van Buren or Eagleville.
