Poor Cornersville /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />
Well you can forget us staying at home, that will not happen. If you beat us fine but we will come to play. No excuses but we do only have 2 seniors 1 of which is probably gonna miss the rest of the season with mono. We have a few juniors but mostly freshmen and sophomores.. I hope this is a case of laugh now but cry later.
-
Watched film today is #9 on JV for Cornersville because he was on feild along with several other JV players HUMMMMMM
No but he was the ONLY senior that played.. the other has mono. Look you were gonna win the game regardless, but you kept the 1st string 0 in our our 2nd string D. That last touchdown was disrespectful when the game was already over. If thats how yall want to play thats fine but I will tell you I'm sure other teams around the region will get ahold of that tape and maybe they wont be so kind to you. I've kept my mouth shut for a while on this incident because we did alot of it to ourselves but I think the only time your 2nd string came in was the last 3 plays of the game.

PC wins by 2 TD's.
I'm gonna have to disagree...earlier in the season our offense spuddered quite a bit, but we're finding new ways to get the ball into our backs hands. #25 and #9 both had good performances on the ground last week as well as threw the air using both in the passing attack as well...

/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> Good question. Looks like we're the only ones.
GO VIKINGS!!!
I'm Stil Here!!

I would like to bet 100 and take 3 pts PC will win out right. So if I give you 3 pts you should pay me 2 to 1 right.
Thats right.. and after watching the film yesterday you cant keep your three points. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

/flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" /> We're both the underdogs against everyone else. Don't know who you would consider the underdog in this one.
I'm not sure who is either... seems like a split between most people depending who you ask. I would say its even but since how vegas has to pick one I'd say we'd be the favored by 3 (cause we have homefield). But thats vegas, I think its gonna come down to just plain ole execution and turnovers.
-
if a player gets ejected in a game and can't play in the next one you can get it appealed which will allow them to play in the next game
What was the ejection for?? Without him I think CA's chance is gonna be a little slimmer.. they would be the favored team with him tho.

/thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> I'm not making predictions...BUT I will say one thing PC needs to be ready for a fight, especially on our home field. We've made an emphasis on winning at home, we gotta lot of young but talented guys and we will show up to play and hard. But actually I kinda like this underdog role alot of yall are giving us.
-
I didn't know it was homecoming, don't hold me to that prediction. /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
Its a good thing we didnt hold you to it!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

PC will travel to Cornersville coming off a win against Zion. Zion beat Cornersville last week, and PC is improving every week. I think the Vikings should have no trouble with C'Ville.
My prediction: PC 28, Cornersville 7.
Wow..No Trouble Huh?? You beat Zion so now your realll full of yourselves. We shall see.

Its Homecoming!! GO DAWGS!!
-
rushing yards dont mean anything if u cant put the ball into the endzone, and our D did a good job of preventing that. i dont care how many rushing yards a team can pile
up in a game, if u dont capitalize in the red zone your not going to win the game.
Thats the only point I was trying to make... we DID run the football well against you, thats all

/thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
rather effectively?? thats why you all only scored two touchdowns, one of them coming from the air on a busted coverage. and its not like you all got close and then fumbled, your only turnover was an interception
Wow..wahlly.. I thought you had a little more common sense, but have you really not watched the film. We carved yalls defense up like a pumpkin on the run most of the night, #9 and #3 had to have close to a 100 yards a piece!! Our offense just didnt capitalize when it counted but for an overall total had MANY rushing yards... Now having said that, yall also played with MTP for a bit and I dont think Perry Co can handle that spread attack. I'm gonna take Zion in a close one 24-21.. But dont get toooo cocky cause you gotta region win all the rest of us have done it to.

Cornersville Ended up playin the second string the entire second half last year this cornersville team is a different team younger defense for sure but i'm still sayin cornersville 42 MJCS 14 Cornersville Out hits Mount Juilet 4 Sure /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

I bet you find it a LOT harder to run on Zion that what you expect...they got some hitters Im tellin' you amigo
We ran the football rather effectively on them, if you can get past the front line you'll be in business. You must block #44 the main tackler on their defense.

zion won 17 14....really a great game. Both teams fought hard. Dawgpride should be proud of the Korndawgz cause they really fought their guts out tonight.....no 3 is the toughest little back I have seen. No 9 is also a good one. C ville just needs a couple more good linemen to be where they need to be going. Their effort was outstanding......I commend them with all my heart as a football fan.
This was the hardest hitting game I have seen in a long time...whoa.....I am talking serious collisions out there. Both teams have some nice players, but both just need more numbers to improve their depth situation. 44 for ZCA played a great game and so did Daniel Pugh.
both teams keep up the great effort and no one can ever call you a loser (and the wins will come)
Thanks Pal.. it was a good game, zion just made the plays when they had to and we didnt.. our #9 and #3 had to have close to 100 yards a piece but couldnt finish in the red zone.. #3 ran over a couple guys and #9 had a cool hurdle but in the end came up short.. Zion has definetly improved and their spread offense is very hard to defend especially with a limited amount of players.

Very tough game for the Trojans . They beat a good football team and the refs. The guys in the stripes stunk it up all night . Hope we dont have any of them guys the rest of the season . Was a great night for football .... GO TROJANS !
You prolly wont have that problem much anymore...just in Huntland like I told yall /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

thats true.......the early results are deceiving, just ask Al Gore
No kidding... wish that was "president" Al Gore now..

Frankly I could care less if your "tired of hearing from me". My purpose in life isn't to make you feel good about yourself, your team, or your facilities. The only thing I said was we lost a football there. Not sure why that offended you so badly, but whatever..... Our kicking game IS down this year. Most schools would be if they lost an All State kicker from the previous season, but I'm sure that was a shot at me more than our kicking game since I'm relatively sure you know who is doing our kicking when you made that statement. Taking a shot at somebody's kid because they made you mad for whatever reason speaks volumes of your character anyway. Cascades film crew? I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about on that one. Anyway, hopefully things will work out and Huntland finds a way to make the playoffs and you can explain to me what your problem is if we are fortunate enough to play each other.
Very well said.
-
I'll pick Zion and might just attend this one. It might be billed as the game to determine who is the foundation of the region totem pole and who is the basement
I dont think that is necessarily a true statement at all... Now granted we have had to horrible showing the past couple weeks, but we were playing the defending region champs and I will be VERY suprised to see CA not in the playoffs or even compete for one of the top 3 spots in this region. I dont think whoever loses this is necessarily the bottom, maybe but maybe not. I think its a little to early to make that statement.

HHHMMMMMMM I wonder where they get the local talent for the gentleman's club there in Corndogland?
I heard that one night is "show a tooth in your head" night and get in free, but they dont get many Corndogggers that can take them up on that offer.
I didnt know it was so easy to rattle yalls cage haha /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
-
I gotta question for some zion people... the game against scotts hill, was that yalls future field/stadium? I know we wont be playing on it sat. night but it has some great potential.
-
i dont care if huntland wins another game all season as long as they beat the dog crap out of ya'll..ya'll got ya'lls head stck so far up in the air, thats why you cant stand gettin beat and not being able to blame the refs..see ya'll the last week of the season,,and when baseball rolls around..
See ya then pal /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

did that used to be the bungalow?
With my knowledge of the local strip joints... /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> its always been utopia but the bungalow is on exit 6 next to Elkton. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Well it was a real classy move up 20 points to tack another TD on with about 2 min. left in the game when both teams were OUT of timeouts and all you had to do was knee it. Thats plain and simple, and to be honest our 2nd string on D WAS IN!! the only player that wasnt was #9 only being he's the only corner we had and he needed to be out there to possibly help teach the other younger players. Your last touchdown was respectless plain and simple but that will come back to haunt you hopefully.
