Is Lambert the same coach Oneida had last year? If not where did he coach at last year and where did last years coach go?

Maybe that was worded wrong, when leon got them he had a lot of bad habits to break, I didn't see his girls play this year but I heard they overachieved with a 5'5" center. I did see his elementary teams play seems like he always played great after christmas break. I would be happy to see Leon take the boys, he will be loyal to the girls.

Leon is a great coach does a good job scouting opponents and his record speaks for itself, but it's different in highschool when you are going against better coaches. Leon will adjust and be very successful. Kids that play for him are not always fundamentally sound, but he is a lot like JC if he has the best talent he wins.

Bring back coach white or go get len Dugger before Elizabethton hires him.

Hard guy to get to know, does a good job, who will coach at U H?

Both Dugger and Gordon no doubt would do a great job, another important question is who will be the assistants, the previous post said that the entire staff wasn't coming back. Dugger and gordon are good but they can't do it alone.

I love listening to the announcers on WBEJ, they do a good job, and I love their interesting little tidbits. But, when listening they don't give the score too often, and if they do they might say something like 36-32 but they don't say who is ahead.

1. Dobyns Bennetts best team were probably during the days of Skip Brown, although Lee Garber era was a great team. 2. Sullivan North had some great teams with Rodney Arnold but were better with his brother Granville. 3.Science hiil to hard to pick, I remember a player by the name of Sam Bundy, who was great, but his teams wasn't as good as Pitts. 4.Happy Valley won the stae in 1974. 5. Hampton team in 74 was perhaps the best team I can remember, beat HV 3 times that season. A special team to watch. Then there was the 1960 team. 6.Cloundland late 60's with Sam Rogers. Last season,best since Rogers era. 7. Elizabethton, Kieth Turner era, I'm sure Coach treadway had some great teams, but I can't remember. 8.Tennessee high, Derrick Hord , Marc Campbell era. 9. Unaka, stae champions 2 years ago. 10. Johnson County- Bellamy, Hagler days. 11. Daniel boone- Cox and Larkey days. won the Arby's classic. 12. Sullivan East and the Mark Mason years. 13. Sullivan Central and the Dan Moody, days, also steve Crowder Era. 14. Greenville , Marty Story days. I know this is just an opinion, and there's lots more good teams out there, hope people will add to the list. Also what years do you think had the best teams, 1974 comes to mind with DB, HV hampton, Sullivan West, University high, Surgoinsville, just to name a few.

Other than Wiggins and Wattad are there any prospects in northeast Tn.

This is going to be a fantastic tournament. University High Is top seed and probably has the best player in the area in Woodacre. Hampton has the most talent and seems to be peaking at the right time. Cloudland is well coached, has the experience. Could be playing for positons in district, same teams could and probaly will meet in regional.
