I'm going for both Oakland and Siegel.

With my boy Kerry back I don't think siegel can lose.

Oakland can beat white county.

I won't be surprised if both Oakland and Siegel lose though.

Putting it in Kendall's hands in a crucial moment is why Oakland didnt get to play for the district championship. I dont like to rip on guys, but it is what it is

Actually in the 4th i believe Epps was the guy who thrned the ball over like 4 times on inbound plays.

I believe they design a play dor Epps to win it and he hits the side of the back board. Hes terrible. His own teammates don't believe in him.

If Oakland is smart they will put the ball in Kendall or tylers hands when they need points.

I have never understood how this team can be so bad. I know they have to have guys their that can play.

They are both good in their own way. You wouldn't want a bunch of "cookie cutter" point guards in the same district. That would be boring. Get it - "cookie cutter"? I just hope Oakland and Siegel meet again. THAT is great basketball!!

I just think that dre is more of a complete point is all.

You're no where near a mastermind. Cutter could score way more points then he does right now if he didn't distribute the ball to his team as much as he does. Cutter most defiantly is the best point in the district. If dre was such a pure point that could score when he feels like it then im completely positive that some college coach would have taken notice by now... a team like Indiana St. for example.

Like I said before I could care less if Cutter signed with Duke.

I said when he chooses he can.

I believe its the PGs job to pass the ball around and get everyone involved.

I don't know if you have seen the diff in the Cutter and Dre on the D side of the ball yet or not.

That also makes Dre a more complete PG because of the D factor.

Cutter is a good point guard just not the best TRUE point.

I have no problem with him...he is just not the best point in the district......he does not score, he does not have alot of assits I mean his team is only putting out like 45-50 points per game. He is good but not in MY top 3 in the district....just my opinion.

Dre has shown he can score when he really wants to.

Siegel doesn't know what a TRUE point guard is. Cutter believe it or not is a shoot first point.

Best all around PG is Dre

Please stop. Cutter isn't even the best Point Guard in the district let alone player.

Cutter is a good solid PG nothing more. I could care less if he signed with Duke so don't bring that crap up.

One comment on the coaching. Do you think Coach King would let his 5'5" point guard drive the lane 4 times in a row when the game is on the line? He is to short, can't hit free throws so what is the point. We were within 7 with 2 1/2 mintues left in the game and we only got the ball to Alex once. Why would you not have a play that gets the ball to Paul or Alex? Can't understand Turnham continuing to let him do that.

I know nothing that every other person who has seen Siegel play this year knows, Hammonds is Siegel. Without him, the Stars are not the same.

20 out of the 42 posts on this thread are from Legend begging for attention and votes for his beloved R. Buckner. He appears to be a very sound and dynamic player according to your posts and a difference maker for your team. Lots of teams have players that are dynamic and difference makers as well (MJ Brown, D. Williams, J Blake, etc..) Just because someone gives props to another player doesn't mean he is taking anything away from another player, it just shows there are a lot of good players who are deserving in single A basketball. I am sure Buckner is special, MJ Brown is extraordinary as a player and leader for his team, and a proven commodity and prior winner of the Mr. Basketball. With improved play, stats, and team record, it will be hard to knock him off the hill as reigning Mr. Basketball.

He makes his teammates better defenders

 

you will see him grab 12-16 rbds

 

you will see him block 8 to 15 shots

 

you will see him dunk 2 to 5 times

 

He will score 14 to 28 points with limited shots

Yes he did, I look forward to playing Oakland and White County again hopefully this year with a healthy hammonds back. I feel like Siegel was getting stronger then he got hurt, but now there still getting stronger and his return will only make them that much stronger. Siegel is DEFINITELY a contender in the 7-AAA tournament AND the Region Tournament.

Without Hammonds- Siegel #3 or lower without a doubt in my mind.

 

Hammonds will have to make a return to the court if Siegel wants to make any kind of run in the postseason.
