Farragut needs a win to stay in the race for #1 in the district and Maryville needs one to have a chance at #2 or #3. Any Predictions?

They tied 3-3. The game got pretty intense at times, Farragut was up 2-0 at one point. I dont have a list of players but I know there was about 31 alumni for Farragut and only 12 from Bearden, and they had to borrow Matt Blair (Oak Ridge Alumni) and another Alumni from Catholic. Good game though

Farragut has given up 4 goals all year, you think they are gonna give 3 to Bearden?

Bearden has more talent, but West plays better soccer. Bearden will try and boot it up to Tom and Aaron, so if West can cover them they should win or tie the game. West 2-1

Thanks for backin me up pinball and yes we did beat reston(who is now BRYC) 2-1 at disney and clearwater chargers (the florida state champs) 1-0 , but lost to houstonians 1-0 at regionals where we had the better of the chances. so know what your talking about before you make stupid statements just because your club team(if you can even make one) cant compete nationally.

there is a national champion for each season, and then of the 3 they pick an overall national champion.. so quite hatin on tennessee cuz i dont know about you, but my club team can compete with those states teams (minus solar 89 and arsenal 89 those teams are just not fair)

houston won 2-1 Tom hit a sick nasty volley for bearden and then houston came right back with a free kick and scored in the opening minutes of the second half. there werent many good chances after that

Just so yall know West did not go on Spring Break.. they stayed home and had practice everyday... Farragut on the other hand all went their seperate ways and only has one practice to prepare. It will be close but i say Farragut 2-0

Scoring a goal and getting an assist doesn't always mean that you made a fantastic play. Backstrom had an assisit from a throw-in. A throw-in. It was nothing special, he didn't put some special curve or make it alter it's course in mid-air!! There was no magic, it was probably the same throw-in that he will make 100 times this season. THAT is nothing special. The fact that someone headed it in the goal was more a lack of defense and a great finish by the other player. Besides, this is only one game.....maybe he has some fantastic game in the future. If so, I will be the first person to state what a great game he plays, but until that happens, I stand by what I saw. And that, King of the Burbs, was nothing special!!
let me know next time someone gets 3 goals and 3 assists in a game. and i guess you have somethin against using someones throw as a weapon, not very many people can throw it that far and on a rope. your comments are pretty ridiculous, dont criticize players when you know nothing about

I agree, they lost to Farragut 2-0, game was pretty close. but they got Bearden comin up in a week or so, so maybe if they can do somethin there they will wind up in the top 20
