First off, I didn't see this one coming. I figured Farragut would get up for this one and show what they were made of. Guess i was wrong, but from what i was told, the keeper from Farragut apparently forgot what team he was on! (Do they have another keeper to play..? It might be hear-say, but MARSHALL???? Come on, let's be realistic!) /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> (Did the Bearden keeper get offerered a MLS contract?) /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> I attended Brentwood and Hendersonville. Brentwood really came to play. (the loss from Centenial was a good thing for them) Maybe this LOSS will do the same thing for Farragut, maybe it wont. (WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME FARRAGUT LOST TO A TEAM FROM EAST TN>>BESIDES BEARDEN???????) Either way, Oak Ridge deserves great respect for playing Bearden sooo close, and beating Farragut by THREE goals. They are a team that is here to stay and make TN soccer that much stronger!!!!! I cant wait to see who makes it to the STATE tourny...whomever it is, GET READY for some great soccer!!!! I will be there for sure!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL TEAMS THE REST OF THE SEASON!!!!!!!!!

Bearden 2 Maryville 0 Bearden 3 South Doyle 1 Bearden is tooooo strong all over the field for both these teams. Of course they will have some chances, but the KEEPER for Bearden is one of the best in the state! (if not THE best) Eric Turner will have his team mentally ready as always...and the post-season is almost here! Good luck to all !!!

ALOT of goals in this one!!!!!! Be prepared to watch a quick high intensity game, with alot of physical play! Farragut and Bearden have RESPECT for each others programs, BUT that is shown after the game. These teams don't care for each other, the fans don't care for each other, once both teams are on the field.....all bets are off! I will say Farragut wins 3-2, but a great game that goes to the whistle. I heard there is also a Bearden vs. Farragut Alumni game on Saturday @ Farragut Stadium. Some of the BHS 01,02 talent will be playing!!! Looks like alot of talented soccer players will be on the fields this weekend. Looks like the Editors of Studentsports.com and nscaa.com need to talk and get on the same page! I agree with Bearden being the highest ranked team from TN...They are the DEFENDING State Champs and represent TN very well!!!!! To be the Champ, you have to beat the Champ!!!
