etowntrack21-every1 needs to listen to this guy when he says somethin, he means it....if he says ur gonna get smoked, then ur gonna get smoked, my school n his dont add up togather, but they do work hearder than any1 that if heard, they might as well get a charter bus to take to state this year, if anyone wants to try to win state in somethin other that polevault, disc, n some long distance, id be findin out some secrets real quick cause im smart enough to shoot for pole vault this year concidering weve probably got the best pole vault coach in east tennessee, both state champs, and brit this will be her third time winnin state as a senior.

throwin looks a lil harder this year, theres a lot of guys from the different school that are back, but if ur throwin in the 140s u should be doin alrite, i know i need to work on my throwin i havent even got my spin down on disc yet, but shot...jordan ray from etown is back and hes in the 40s rite now and is pretty decent in disc too!

ok /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" i dont know if i could do that considering im from unicoi, lol i know the decathelon will be extremely tough this year, theres gonna be ppl likek fuqua winnin in hurdles, and u winnin in 100 and 400, but theres always somebody thats gonna be better at that 1 thing, and thats gonna come down hard on somebody thats good at everything, but not the best.

its all about the points man, im not shootin for first i just wanna do the best that i can do in all 10 events too get my points as clos to 1000 as possible
