  1. I have a weird feeling about this game...This very well could be a huge upset HC is riding high right now and just might be enough. Tigers stun Melrose on very late TD pass..
  2. HC with the upset. The Tigers stun Melrose 15-12 in OT.
  3. LC better have some really fast and good DB's cause Mitchell is going to pass, pass, and pass somemore. They have a wide-out who is commited to Alabama and had 171 receiving against Northside. If LC can stop the pass it will be a close game but i think Mitchell has to many athletes to lose this game, but you never know cause LC has a big power team who loves to hit and you never know what might happen if you get they head shook up at little bit Mitchell might lay down. Im still going with Mitchell 27-14. Just to let you know Mitchell very well could be playing in the state championship thats how good they are.
  4. I think HC wins a close game...22-18. They win because of being well coached and few mistakes.
  5. Yes Ridgeway has playmakers but the guy your talking about is Justin Maclin who is 6'4 215 and runs a 4.5 according to rivals and he is a 4 star really good player but just because he is on the team doesn't make them unstoppable it takes a whole team, because if believe 2 years ago HC had a Qb that went to Memphis and a Wide out that went to TCU and they got beat by a team they was better than in the first round of the play-offs. Rideway has played some good 6a teams and lost but if you also recall they have played some terrible teams and barely won those games. So this game will come down to who is coached better and who makes better and bigger plays on offense.
  6. Yes Hardin Co.'s QB will play. He played last week. The kid has not lost a high school game as the starting QB. Does Ridgeway have alot of speed?
  7. Ridgeway(4-6) plays at Hardin Co. (8-2) who wins this? This is the first home play-off game for HC since 2003, Jim Carroll Stadium will be packed out and going nuts.
  8. HC coming off a terrible game this past week without there QB. Look for Hardin Co. to be hungry. HC has a really good defense and a good running game. Look for #5 (athlete), #13 running back to make the big plays. I dont know to much about northside with the new coach and all, but i do know there having a pretty good year and have a really good running back as they usually do. HC is at home so that will be a big advantage for them with the big crowd. Should be a real good game though. HC has also hasnt lost to them since 2002.
  9. Your right about my last score it was terrible pick, HC should have been up 21-0 at half but for the mistakes. Get ready though if the Tigers QB doesn't play dont get your hopes up that much we got a athlete on the team (#5) who had 150 receiving yards and 2 td's last week, and has 4 picks on the year. They have it planned to put him at QB and run alot of speed sweets and wild tiger formation which he has scored alot on this year. This game will be close.
  10. Barker Burnham the QB for the tigers is about 75% chance not gonna play. He still is having pain from his head and blurry vision. The last post was correct the Tigers D was put in bad situations all night long and couldn't do anything about it. I hear Lawrence Co. is about like Hardin Co. both teams like to run the ball and have good D. This is the first time they have played each other during the season in a long time, but in the past couple years they have scrimmaged each other at the beginning of the year. If HC can get there offense together they will win this game but if not they will lose. I'm picking HC to win this game but i will wait till later this week to come up with a score.
  11. haha they wont make the playoffs, being they are already in. Check the jacksonsun there big guy. and we dont go 9-1, 8-2 every year the last 4 years we have went 7-3 during the year and if you look we have only lost by a touchdown or less in the first round.
  12. the D gave up one TD the rest was on terrible snaps on punts. nuff said should have won, but things dont fall your way all the time.
  13. Good post mr. burn black. Brighton did catch HC off guard last year and ran all over them, but this year the Tigers D is the best its been in years there D like is huge and there secondary has collected over 10 picks this year. This game will prolly be low scoring being both teams have good Defenses it will come down to has a better offense. HC has 2 running backs that will get after it and can run it. #13 Tidwell is averaging over 120 yards a game and his backup who started the first 3 games of the year was averaging over 100 before he got hurt. They are prolly 60% run but can pass it to. They have a sophemore QB with a strong arm. Look for him to be real good in the future maybe even better than MR. GILCHRIST himself. GO FHU LIONS hahaha
  14. You have a good point red warrior, but its hard to go play real good teams when you are located away from everyone. Who wants to travel 2-3 hours to play a memphis team each week? We already have to travel to Tipton County once a year and thats over 2 hours. But its alright we were suppose to get beat every other week because of our weak schedule but we came out and shut there mouths.
