(Just kidding)
Busy watching the Sweetwater topic and making sure none threaten to meet behind the Black Bull Tavern.

Seq 36-22 over Jasper, 8th grade final. (No Community game thread to place this, unsurprisingly).

tied 14-14 fayetteville has had 2 kickoff returns called back also
Called a fair catch on one, blindside cheap shot the other. Ended up scoring anyway on the second.

Seq 14-0 early. Lots of time left.
-
Seq 8th 38-0 at half vs Bledsoe in playoff first round, 46-0 early in third, gave up a bit late with backups and won 46-16. Vs Jasper in final next week.

I haven't seen them this year Pops. I'll have to take your word for it.
I do believe there's a different vibe happening there now.
Top of that schedule for them has been brutal.
Maybe they get it turned around.
6 who’d start for Oakland or Bradley, that’s quite a statement.

Tried to schedule a power house school from west TN but they declined. Franklin Co 5a, Sequatchie co 3a, North Jackson 4a, MTCS #1 ranked team in DII A, Oliver springs was supposed to have a decent team this year and it could've gave us a decent comparison or even potentially meet them in the semis. What hurts is we have one of the weakest regions in the state. I do agree and hope we do schedule even tougher opponents but there is a fine line. The Oakland type teams don't benefit us anymore than lookout valley. I am all for playing the best but you also want the kids to learn and progress as a team.
I would schedule no private school teams in any sport.

Fayetteville 1 win but against a very tough schedule, nobody will get off the bus overlooking them

If the Memphis/Shelby schools exited there would definitely be a reduction of classes.

Every game is different but looks like Coalfield would have a lot of trouble if they played.

14-14 half. Seq moving the ball well but has 4 turnovers. 2 turnovers for CF.

Whitwell has some long range building to do, the boys and one girl played hard but they only had 12 on the middle school team Thursday night.

Why haven’t you made a prediction on this weeks game, you seem to follow SC sports pretty hardcore.
What do you think of South Pitts team how far can they go in single A?95-3 in the 1A final

Seq 8th 30-0 at half over Dayton, won 44-16 with a kickoff TD allowed and a score allowed by backups in last minute. 2 defensive TDS. Only loss has been by 2 in OT at Silverdale.

Sounds like a troublemaker
-
2 of the quickest players on the team, maybe the quickest, one got 4 plays last night and another was out. Hopefully these 2 can get back in ASAP.

Staying with a teammate’s family during the week for travel convenience is not supposed to be allowed either but probably is very difficult to prove. So many loopholes, they may just decide “the heck with it” and let anything go.

Summary, fasten your seatbelts

TFP story today, looks like a sure thing.
Cleveland coach was among those for immediate transfer eligibility.
Wild West scenario ahead.

high school on the right path, should again be hosting a first round game with a lot of 9th and 10th graders in the line up.
