I have said who I have problems with; obnoxious, thread hijacking fans. I provided a great example of that by becoming one on a Maryville thread. You certainly got very defensive, which is exactly what I wanted you to do. Now you fully understand how disrespectful and irritating some Maryville fans can be. I have now "commanded" you into complete understanding. Lesson over. And you are not done with me. You are not man enough to walk away. You will say more to me either here in this thread or on another one. I "command" it, and thus it will be so. Enjoy the freedom you have deluded yourself into thinking you have. I command it.

Just prior to the playoffs beginning, let's have the yearly discussion on this topic. It is is fairly well recognized that 7AAA is the premier district of high school football in Tennessee. Because the district is so much tougher than others, it can take a heavier toll on the top teams in that district in preparation for a playoff run while others say it should get them better prepared. Let the debate begin. How long until trolls from other parts of the state, especially the eastern portion show up? I'm betting less than 7 posts...

You just make it up as you go along, don't you? I never said anything was horrendous. And what you can't seem to understand is that is it not about Enworth being better than Maryville, (which they are) that was just used as a way to show a thread hijack, like some of the Maryville fans have done repeatedly in other threads. We all know they are there, not to the extent that I have done on this thread hijack, but again, this is an EXAMPLE. Surely you have enough intelligence to see that it is not appropriate for someone to come into your thread and take it over with talk of another team, especially when they have nothing real to contribute in that thread and are only doing it to blow their own horns.

You are correct, there is no comparison. Ensworth is superior, and there are some good Maryville fans out there. The point isn't the comparison. Its the hijack of a thread. Ensworth was just the program used as a vehicle to provide an example.

No, not a Maryville hater, just tired of some of the fans. Even you finally get my point, I think, since I notice the tone of your posts has changed significantly.

That would be fun to see a Duster in Brentwood. Since we are having a very bad season, we won't be seeing anyone in the playoffs. No Dusters, no tractors, no wagons. Tough season for us. Good luck to you guys.

I wonder what the percentages of football state championships versus the number of years each school has been in existence comparison is between Ensworth and Maryville?

You think this is the result on one poster on one thread? No offense, and I mean that because you are one of the better Maryville coacht posters, there is Maryville vomit all over the site from some of the apparent growing numbers of classless Maryville posters. Class and Maryville used to always go hand in hand. Not any more.

When you can't win, tell them to shut up. Most of us outgrew that kind of behavior when we were 7.

I don't care if they do or don't, and I am sure they don't. The whole Ensworth better than Maryville line was simply to show some Maryville posters how old it gets hearing the same crap about Maryville on a lot of threads where it is not respectful for them to be posting about Maryville in. It is disrespectful (intentionally so for the purposes of providing an example) for me to come into a Maryville thread and start talking about a better team, potentially and currently Ensworth. Pride in your team is one thing. Spewing arrogance all over multiple threads is a breach of etiquette that some classless posters from Maryville are committing all too often. Any program will always have those embarrassing fans that they would like to deny, but usually only one or two that go overboard. The numbers of those types seem to be on the rise out of the Maryville camp. Everyone knows how good Maryville is and has been. Almost every thread that starts talking about a championship run or high level of competition will invariably have some Maryville poster show up to remind everyone how good Maryville is. The consistency of it shows classless and disrespectful posting coming out higher than expected number of Maryville fans. And then those same Maryville posters will claim everyone that speaks against them is just a "hater" when in fact, they are not. They are just fed up with the tasteless behavior of posters that need to show more class. Unfortunately, boorish behavior out those that are fans of a great program can be considered a stain on that program.

I love and am proud that Maryville is highly successful program that represents Tennessee. What I don't like is hijacking, self congratulating and self righteous fans that cannot post with a level of maturity and decorum that such a fine program should produce. That has nothing to do with the program you root for. I often root for them too. Several posters often represent your team poorly and that means I don't like them as an individual fan. Trying to make the argument into "its us against all the haters" is weak at best on your part. I highly respect many Maryville posters. You are not in that group, and stand almost alone, except for a few other poor mannered posters that are cut from the same cloth. I'm sure they will come to your rescue soon enough. Birds of a feather and all that, you know... Your dismissive attitude, along with calling someone a doggie shows that you don't have the chops to continue the discussion on a mature level. It is not important for you to know that. My team is one of the many that have had threads about them and their competition interrupted by hijack posts of the new breed of Maryville faithful. Ensworth is better than Maryville. They have truly raised the bar. Maryville is trying to catch up. I hope you have learned a little from my hijack of your thread. It is not so great when you are on the other end of it. Good luck on the rest of your season.

And you finally see my point. I had to act just like too many of you Maryville posters to get you to understand. And I will now continue with that trend. Ensworth is better than you, much better than you. They have a better coach, better facilities, better talent. If I took that as far as some of you Maryville posters, I would go to every thread you start and remind you that Ensworth is the better team. Somehow you guys make a way to post about Maryville in just about every thread just to remind people of the great record and number of championships Maryville has. We all know. Just as you know Ensworth is a superior team than you. Your current championship streak is 0-1. Last season ended with a loss, Ensworth has a current 29 game winning streak. See how stupid it all looks? That is how you guys look to just about everyone else in the state. You are doing damage to the reputation of a great program. Show some class and decorum. Be happy with number 2. All your posting on everyone else's threads to convince us how great Maryville is will not change the fact that Ensworth is better than you.

Ensworth is not my team. They are better than my team by far, just as they are yours. Be happy at number 2
