A bit off the subject. Don't be counting on that new scoreboard next week at Hampton. I hear when they were putting it up yesterday that the company that installing it dropped the new scoreboard and broke it. I hope they can get it replaced before next week!

I'll say this much, when it comes to an rivalry, anything can happen!! Odds are and the stats show that the dogs should win BIG!! If you would have plyed them 3 or4 weeks ago, you would have had a chance!! But your catching them when they at the top of their game. And as far as forgetting you when it comes to starting at Hampton. We didin't forget!! You where never thought of in order to forget!! GO DOGS!!!

Wow!! Sounds like you guys are much better than your record indicates. I bet your guys defense must be ranked at least 2nd or 3rd in your region and since defense usually is what wins games you must be 5 and 3 instead of the 3 and 5 record that the paper says you have. Judging from your number, I don't think I would be saying to much, probably a DB. How many colleges have asked you to visit thier campus, not counting Northeast State? I know of at least 3 major colleges that little ole Roop has vsited, and it wasn't to work in the library. Put up or shut up!!!!

Hampton by 28, if Happy Valley manages to score more than 7, I'll be surprised. Looks like those Dogs are hitting their stride at just the right time. Roop is playing as big as he is, Lunsford arm looks great, Milhorn finally got that cast off and it showed, Jaynes as tough as always, Campbell still kicking the ball well not to mention doing his part on "D", Irick's playing through a tuff injury, but hanging in there, DR taking up the slack at fullback, Newburn looks gret on both sides of the ball, Russell playing strong, Ellis, Blackmon and the list goes on. As long as they play up to their potential, I think they can make it to the big game and maybe even the gold ball. GO DOGS!!!!!

Hey everyone listen up, the supreme motovator speaks! Glad to have you back in the game. I've seen to many upsets in my years to bet on anyone, but I can bet on one thing. If the Dogs do dominate, you will not have to worry about the score being run up. JC has to much respect for the game and his opponents to do that. I hope it's a good, clean hard hitting game on both sides of the ball. Kids from both sides work to hard to see their season end due to an injury.

I started this thread and if you will look back, I made a point that the intention and the preseption were 2 different things. I'm sure you didn't intend for the visitors from Hampton to feel threatened but guess what many indeed felt thar way and like it or not the coach does have alot of resposibility in this matter. It has nothing to do with his ability to coach nor his ability to motovate. It does go to his ability to leed thru example!
