Grace is good BUT Layce went 1 for 4 against Gville in substrate game so she isn't as invincible as u make her out to be.....

Don't really know yet what FCS team will show up when it counts. Gordonsville the team to beat in district 8 A at the mid season mark. Both teams had key player out due to injury.

Scores correct BUT FCS only had 11 hits and 2 errors

Gville had 8 hits including 2 homers and 4 errors

GVILLE TIGERS 40-3 I believe just about everyone scored EXCEPT King!!!!

Sounds like a very interesting matchup for these two storied programs.....Im sure both teams will come out and play up to their potential....

You know, I am just sick of all this CRAP on here. G ville doesnt play with class or discipline. And guess what! It comes from the adults in the town down. I hear all the time of how the people in g say they hate the people, the coaches, and the players from SMITH COUNTY!!!!! Then yall get on here and say how you wish us luck the rest of the time. Well I am callin bull ....! How classy is it to allow the kids in the locker room to put a SC helmet decal in a urinal? You think that would be allowed in SCs locker room? Not a chance! And just please tell me how G has the better players? Are they stronger? Probably so, They are fortunate to have a strength and conditionin class every day. SC doesnt. But are they faster? NO! Do they have the balance, coordination, and change of direction skills theat our players do? NO! I heard Coach Marshal say on sports nuts that bein stronger equates to bein faster. Not exactly. Olympic weight lifters are probably all stronger than Bolt. Can they out run him? LOL!!!!! And NO G doesnt have the depth SC has. The coaches work those young guys they get just as hard as they do the older ones. . . On the practice field. . . Every day!!! They get them prepared to come in and play in clutch situations! And please for the love of green grass stop making all the excuses. EVERYONE is SICK of hearing it. The guy blatently held on the reverse. The pass interference was a good play and a good call cause it WOULD have been a TD. The one late hit, maybe questoinable. But guess the freak what. . . There were many others that could have been called. Chaz done it all night long and guess what else. . . G has been doin it for years now! Hittin somebody when they are down but be something to be proud of over there. I am sick of us even playin yall. You wont make as much money in the next two years combined as you did Friday night and personally Im tired of givin ya that gate. You show NO respect and you play with no class, discipline, or leadership. And like I said from the start, it comes from the ADULTS down. Get over yourselves! You arent world beaters. Neither are we but we dont get on here and claim to be!!!! I would love to see Gs record the last 20 years against people other than the weak little region teams yall play. Play a White House. Heck at least scrimmage somebody that can compete with ya. Prepare for a full game. Get hit a little bit in the preseason. But Im done with ya and with tryin to help you learn how to win. I agree with the total lack of discipline shown by 2 of the players

on the gville team... This starts at the top..Moose has to shut them

up and teach them to respect coaches teamates and opponents..It is

embarassing as a tiger fan

I thought with the NEW offensive coordinator play calling would improve

U know what though-it would have been great to win HOWEVER the games

they need to be prepping and working toward are yet to come...

I've heard many excuses over the last few years on why G-ville cannot win this game but really? Some of the players for SC have played both ways and do play both ways. Besides last year, the games have been decided before the 4th quarter. Maybe you all should figure out a way to win instead of figuring out why you all cannot win. I know a lot of good people from G-ville but some of the whining gets kinda annoying.

 

I think G-ville can win but I don't see it happening this year. Owls by 2 TD's.

Truthfully it is always hard to beat a school when they have

kids playing offense and different kids playing defense...

Gville has alot of kids that play on both sides of the ball.

Not crying cause they got the numbers but just choose

to play best athletes on both sides of the ball. I always

helps to get a break especially when its usually 95 degrees

at this game. Tigers really are tired and worn down by 4th

I believe he is talking about the Randolph kid that transfered to Gordonsville not the one that went to Carthage. The one at GHS did play Friday night...

NO both teams do not stand on the same sidelines during season.

And I am GLAD grace did NOT act the way they did against us I was embarassed for them, their coaches and fans.

After witnessing possibly the MOST egotistic team I have ever seen in my entire life and the WORST sportsmanship EVER I can safely say I hope anybody and everybody that plays GRACE beats them. The pitcher has the absolute worse attitude and the fans and parents are unreal.....

I think Coach Kimes did a good job and is a good coach. That being said I believe the job consumes ALOTmore time than she imagined it would.
