the key to this game is something giles hasnt seen this year....the 12th man...hopefully the student section will treat this as a football game instead of a golf match...just sayin they play a bigger role than they think...we have all been there. 12th man shows...its a Giles win easy.... no noise...Marshall might have the upper hand... BRING THE NOISE either way its gonna be a close one

Hey umm, you know she's a sophomore right? Well I guess when you can't get a girl you get desperate. I was trying to get you hooked up Mikey, didn't want you going out with anything less than the best. But she has some fire in her...she is gonna fit right in here. now now now lets get off this coacht dating stuff...they have sites for that like eharmony and stuff...lol but back to the real topic...GC are gonna be as focused for this game as they have been all season lex is just a speed bump that they have to pass through to get to state. and they will pass...as a matter of fact they might throw it in reverse and go over it again just for the heck of it

Good size on the line and very good speed at the skilled positions 14 has led the state in recieving yards at several points this year, 33 has about 1400 yards this year, QB throws to 4-6 different receivers every game. We stuffed Officer with regularity last week and most everyone we played this season. Run the ball...yes we can. Last week QB had like 240 rushing yards, 33 had over 100 and 22 can and will stroke off a 40 yard jaunt at any time. The OL has given QB good time all year. DL is assuredly the most most improved group on the team from game 1 till current. For the most part the cats haven't needed to come from behind, with that said the offense can and will hit you every way possible. They are very balanced. So what does Lexington bring to the game other than 2 big backs? Good post about Giles... I think they have one of the best o-lines in the state. Their line are also pretty quick for big boys(on both sides) they are not afraid ot hit anyone either. The defense is fast they got a little guy #24 who aint afraid to hit anyone. Giles plays with a lot of heart and they have a lot of depth. Lex better bring their A game bc i know Giles will be bringing theirs...should be a great game. GO GILES!

well anyways the reason for this thread is the upcomming beatdown that Giles is gonna give Fairview.... lets get back on subject...GIles has too strong of a defense and too stron of an Offense....they have an "break" for the rest of the year...1st team get used to 1 half games

Well when he was a freshmen there was a QB by the name of Joseph who wore#1 and took his team to the 3rd round of the playoffs where is his credit?...i'm not bashing anyone but i am saying that football is not about 1 player its about a team...GC a few years ago had a decent QB and a great RB, but had horrible coaching therefore did not do anything....without the line blocking, without the backs doing their jobs and without the 2nd team going against the team during practice there would be no wins, there would be no points scored, and no one would know who Bo Wallace is...this isnt golf where it all comes down to one person this is a TEAM sport...it doesnt come down to just Wallace...it comes down to the all mighty Bobcats(sorry just keeping it real)

Like it was once said about the Florida Gators....They do not replace...they reload...yeah they will lose a lot of players but... have 2 great qb's comming up a few good linemen 2 runnings backs that dont get much pt bc of the 2 ahead of them...they will be ok

Bo is 1 player thats it..I dont know if you have watched a jv game but GC's backup is pretty good as well, plus Tobias Houston and Josh Smith can hold their own against any defense. If you do infact stop Bo oh well...GC has way to many weapons for you to stop. With their O-line they can run against anybody. Their Defense is possibly one of the best in the district if not the best, and they are very well coached. I will gladly laugh in anyones face that questions anything about Giles bc they are a team not just 1 player like everyone thinks. Have a nice day.

Shelbyville has a very fast team and they are very athletic...should be a great game but another win for giles.... whether yall chose to believe it or not i have faith in giles and i believe they will take this district

2 years ago giles had both endzones full the vis. side full and the extra bleachers full....

No stats from me....You can tell he was sick i hope he is well before the BIG ONE because you know there will be that one person who will bring up that if the game doesn't go in our favor..... Now to Page......This game most def. kept everyone on their toes.....i dont know if #1 is a senior but he is def. a special player on both sides. The QB has always been a great athlete i hope the best for next year's season. Show support next week in another region 5 matchup...

dont forget Birdsong he has greatly improved

i agree with everybody i have always thought of region 5 as a mini SEC because it is all so unpredictable but....i still have to go with my cats on this one

well..one thing is congrats to these teams for all of everything they have accomplished. but i gotta go with my boys on this one...page is a good team but giles wants lipscomb blood on their jerseys

Giles has been doing fine without their "star reciever" this year....where all the MC fans at...they got any? My look on things is this.....if giles gets cocky....this will be their last.....but if they stay humble they will see another day after all football is a game of who wants it more. but giles's seniors will do whatever it takes to get another chance and the allmighty wrong doing lipscomb. How about Giles's kicking game has it improved from last week??

giles gets walked out by the drumline from the dressing room till they get on the field then theyrun through the paper thing while fire extinguishers are making the smoke effect while the band plays...

This game can go either way...depends on who wants it more.....Rogers is a major factor yes but like someone said before he is not the whole team. Both teams have outstanding athletes. i suspect DL's d line will need some work....no disrespect but i just expected more from the number 1 team......
