I disagree with that, I believe you must have a head coach that must follow his gut (heart) as far as what is right for the team. If you have more than one chief the team is pulled apart or confused???? Assistant coaches offer input, but only one man makes the decisions???

I felt like i had to geta username to respond to this. What makes you think the coaches don't wannta win??
