  1. I see you really aren't a student of the game. First, Memphis East is a 5A team playing JCM a 3A team. However Memphis East is no cupcake as they made a deep run in the payoffs last year. So how they only score 6 points, let me school you more. You are playing a scrimmage game with a running clock, against a quality opponent. For real St. Benard you gotta be able to figure that out. Dude don't get me started, I can trash talk with the best of them. I see you can't be serious in your comments, exactly how old are you, cause you clowning like a teenager. You are disrespecting JCM and I don't see any humor in that.

Memphis East lost in the first round of the playoffs last year.

  2. And my matchups:

    POD 1

    Maryville vs. DB/SH Winner

    McMinn Co vs. Oakridge

    Farragut vs. Sevier Co

    Ooltewah vs. Bearden

    POD 2

    Riverdale vs. Franklin Co.

    Lebanon vs. Cookeville

    Oakland vs. Coffee Co

    Mt Juliet vs. Blackman

    POD 3

    Dickson Co. vs. McGavock

    Brentwood vs. Overton

    Franklin vs Rossview

    Hunters Lane vs. Independence

    POD 4

    Arlington vs. Whitehaven

    Brithton vs. Wooddale

    Millington vs. Kirby

    Germantown vs. White Station

I don't think Germantown and WS will play because both are district champs.

I feel that this the 8 teams who will be in pod 4 though.

  3. The way I understand, four districts make up a quadrant. The four district champions will be the top four seeds in the quadrant. Each champion will host a game. Then the second place teams are seeded next, then third (if any) then wildcards.

I am sure that White station will be hosting a game, along with Germantown, Brighton, and the Arlington, Millington winner.

Alot of the seeds hinge on the Arlington-Millington winner. If Arlington wins they are the top seed followed by G' town, WS, and then Brighton. If Millington wins, then Germantown is the top seed, followed by WS, then Brighton, then Millington.

  4. I am NOT the expert, but the way I see it the only way Siegel makes it into the playoffs is by aliens kidnapping EVERY other team in Rutherford County. :roflol:

The biggest question at Siegel right now is WHO is going to be the next Head Coach. dry.gif

    Is Watson in danger?

Can Siegel compete with the other schools in the 'Boro?

  5. In my opinion, the reason the Rutherford County schools are so good is that they play such a high level of competition all the time. Even the programs that are not at the top, beat up on people when they go outside the district. If you need evidence just look at Lavergne's recent win over Hendersonville. Riverdale handled the number one team in the state in Farragut. Last year people thought Ooltewah posed a threat and Oakland beat them 35-0. I just feel that these schools are on a different level;plus by playing against one another they continue to improve. All the players are good plus all the teams are coached really well. There is no time for let downs. Each week you have to be up because its a big game.

  6. I don't really know what Whitehaven has returning. I know that Melrose graduated alot. White Station has some talent returning. I know that East is returning Jaszy Parker and he is a great QB. I think Mitchell will be tough with the Gibson kid at TB. Hope Whitehaven or White Station don't get the Wild Card for the 6A playoffs. That would be a tough matchup for the top seed.
