  1. I'm not saying that it's the same team without Tavarres, but I do think that they have pulled together and have made up for what they are lacking without Tavarres. So as far as them just playing "well" without him has obviously proven to be more than that seeing how far they have come.
  2. Really?? "Ensworth is not the same team without their star running back." That's a pretty bold statement considering how far Ensworth has come since the game against MBA when Tavarres got hurt. Don't get me wrong, Tavarres is an extremely talented player, but since he has been injured, there have been many other players that have come forward and stepped up to the plate to bring Ensworth's team where they are today. I'm not saying "watch out BA" because I do think that Brentwood Academy has a very good program and many talented players and I think it will be a good, tough game...but don't underestimate the underdog...
  3. I don't think that either team should be underestimated. Whether or not Jefferson is playing or not, and if Ensworth can hold Eric Watson or not doesn't matter. who here watches SEC football...anything can happen.
  4. I think Ensworth could have a big night also. They have had a very impressive season so far and this is also their first year to play with seniors. It should be an exciting atmosphere. I think it will be a tough game, but I think ensworth will come out with the win in the end.
  5. You "know" that he can't be brought down by the EHS defense? These two teams have never stepped on the same field before. You think...you don't know. Save what you "know" until after Friday night.
  6. Everyone on this board can analyze this game all you want, bottom line is, it's all gonna be played out on the field on Friday night. Both teams have some very talented players and it's just going to come down to who wants it more in the end. The only thing that MBA has on Ensworth is experience and in a game that has been so hyped and anticipated, that may not prove to be enough. My point is, going back and forth on here about who has a stronger schedule and who can bring a bigger crowd, who has a bigger line, and who has faster backs is irrelevent right now. All the talk needs to rest and let it be proven on the field. Go Tigers...
