  1. As a sprinter, I have been constantly told that I have no forward lean and that being straight up and down (like I am) will slow me down. Is there any accuracy to that. I can see to a point where that makes sense (acceleration and all), but it also seems that when I attempt to run with a forward lean that my center of gravity is off and I feel as though I am about to fall :huh: . When I am straight up and down, my center of gravity is stable. So would my times improve if I would incorporate the forward lean throughout all of my race, not just the end?
