You are an idiot. The size of school is a joke for girls basketball. You can say they have more to pick from but last time I checked you only play 5 at a time. As for the fouls with Seymour you must have had your redneck goggles on because they were fouling and grabbing jerseys. SH would beat Seymour 10 out of 10 times. They don't have the talent.

I think the toppers were really close to blowing the game open. THey had a lot of fouls in the first half. SH had PLENTY of chances to stretch that game out but just couldnt. The East game was hard fought but TH could not score again. THeir shooting was aweful. If they shoot at least 40% i bet they win. As for the championship, based on last nights games i think it will be really close.

Seymour vs Science Hill in one game. I will take SH by 15. I was not impressed with Sevier but i guess you have to hold when you are out maned..right? East vs Tenn. High in the other game. I will take East since they dominated Boone and THS struggle with them. Should be two good games on Monday.

Granddad, I agree with the post. However I do think the two districts will split tonight. I think East and Seymour will win along with SH and Tenn. High. All the teams have good seniors and great leaders. Hope all the games are good and no one else is hurt. Good Luck.

Well i did not see that coming last night. You could have take my guess and yours and we STILL would not have equaled the beating SH delivered. It was a good fast paced intense game. Hope there is more to come. Does anyone think South and beat Seymour? or Boone over East? I was surprised when i walked in and saw that South had won by a large margin.

SO you are saying that TH doesnt have a shot. They are the #10 team in the state according to the last AP poll. South also lost to Volunteer by double digits in the regular season and won their game. SH is playing well but so is TH. I think it will a 10 point game. All i know is this, everyone in Morristown is hoping TH loses. HAHA

Big games tonight for D1. Losers end up in Easts Bracket. The loser of SH and THS will have to go through Morristown to make the substate. Hard Times. I think tonights game will be very close. Well both for that matter. What does everyone else see happening?

WOW..what a game tonight by the Toppers. I seen them play a few games this year but that was good. There top kids played great. Should be a good game with THS on Monday. Lions and Copney are the real deal. I bet they each had 15- 20 rebounds and a bunch of points.

So are saying you don't think East can beat Tenn high? How does east matchup with Seymour? I believe d1 game of the tourney is Boone and THS. It should be a good region and pretty competitive as all the teams are rarely equal IMO except for SH.

I would like to East and TN High..that would be a good game. I think Boone might surprise people though. SO is it safe to say that people are trying to avoid SH? I think West would not be able to handle TH pressure with their PG out.

Well almost all the spots have been filled. Here is what we got: District 1 will send Science Hill, Sullivan South, more than likely Tennessee High, and either Boone or DB. District 2 will send Morristown East, Morristown West, Seymour, Sevier County. What would look like some good matchups?

Post season is ready to start. Saw on tricitiessports that d2 championship games are on friday and d1 is the following Monday...why is that? Appears east may still be in the mix after handling db. It was nice game their guards are strong but had some trouble stopping some drives imo

Based on the news trottercoach said my region semi-finals look like this now. Science Hill vs. Boone - Science Hill Tenn. High vs. Morristown West- Tenn. High As I think Morristown West will win D2 and East finish 2nd. Boone played SH really tuff for a 3 quarters from what I heard. I can see them up ending D2 #2 seed as I see them finishing 3rd in D1

What has happened to Volunteer? They are now on a 4 game skid and I saw that they play THS on Friday which may make it 5 L's in a row. SLS system needs some fine tuning if they dont want to fall from 3 to six in the standings.

Big Games tonight as far as the D1 tournament is concerned. Volunteer seems to be on the brink of disaster since losing 3 games in a row. How is the 3 -4 -5- 6- looking?
