RBS has a good team, not just 1 player, and are VERY capable of playing with anyone in the region. Clay County is also a good team... I think both teams deserve alot of credit for the way they have played this season

I think Gartner is better on offense, Burgener is better on defense.... Just depends on how its picked

I think the FCS RBS game will be a battle to the end....RBS has proven they can beat FCS... but also have had a few bad games (Watertown & Westmoreland) If RBS plays well they should pull out a win. Also I think Gordonsville wins by 10.

Possiby Morgan Gartner from Watertown or Stefanie Edgell from Gordonsville?

RBS wins easily!! 75-41 Colter had 29 with 9 3's breaking a school record and passing the 2000 points in a career mark!! Burgener had 17 Painter had 11. Looks like the Lady Dawgs are headed for a GREAT season and post season!!

I'm not saying he did or didn't all I know I was told the afternoon before the game by someone who lives in macon co. that RBS was not going to win because of the box in one D that trousdale county played give them trouble and they knew they could come back and beat gordonsville in tourney. It is a shame that someone would make up such crazy things!

Does anyone REALLY think Coach White would throw a game? I don't. Whoever started that rumor is crazy in my opinion (not that mine really matters) I think RBS was just in a slump and I hope the come back and beat Friendship. I know they are capable. They are a fine bunch of young ladies and I wish them the best!!!

You should never put down or underestimate RBS girls basketball. They are a very dedicated hard working bunch of girls who deserve respect. It ain't over til it's over!!!!

Colter is an exceptional player and team leader. RBS also has 4 other starters who are pretty good too. Good luck to everyone in the district!!

So is Friendship pretty good this year? I know they lost a really good post last year but I haven't heard if they are good this year or not. Trousdale has only played Watertown and Gordonsville so far right? Who is the better team Watertown or Gordonsville?

RBS led by Colter should win district, starting 5 look good

RBS looked pretty good against Gordonsville with at least 3 players in double figures and winning easily 79 to 42

Any thoughts on how RBS will fair this year? I have heard the starting line up has changed alot since camp.

I think RBS might surprise some people. They are small but have very good perimeter players. Coach White may not have many girls to work with but he gets the best out of what he has.

Macon Plays Trousdale at 4 pm on 27th and winner of that game plays a 7pm Monday night that's all I know I wish some one would post a bracket!!!
