Who is the best team in 8A?

well it was a great game.....i love it when it goes into OT.......congrats lady dawgs on a big win!

Is that the point guard?..... not familiar with that team at all. RBS lost it's best defensive player to a knee injury against Westmoreland last week so that's gonna hurt them for sure. They had a really good game against Pickett County but played terrible against Westmoreland so you never know which RBS team will show up.

I have seen RBS play. They are hot and cold. Haven't seen Watertown. Anyone have thoughts on tonights game?

Anyone have any comments about Friday nights game?

Who is going to be the MVP from district 8A? Any thoughts? Does it have to be from the #1 team?

RBS loses to Gordonsville 59 54 in OT....RBS looking much better than earlier in the season...got a key player hurt early in the game or the outcome may have been different...even with tournament being in Lafayette, not RBS I think RBS has a good chance of being 1 or 2 ....They have already exceeded most peoples expectations for this year!!

You said it Swanson!!! Why do some of those Jackson County fans have to be soooo mean?....JC has a great team that most everyone commends year after year, yet some of their fans are so mean to others... I don't understand...they have a great bunch of girls and have a great coach!

They are going to be tough this year even if Teeter is out, with Jones and Morrisett even if they don't add anyone else.

Rumor is Macon had 2 to quit last week. 1 was a starter and the other a furture starting post.

I heard Teeter isn't playing basketball for Friendship this year. Anyone know if this is true. Also heard they have a new player. Anyone else heard this? If so is she a guard or a post?

Nope same GYM....but I think they are gonna have it there. Maybe they got a waiver... not sure

I think Gordonsville will still struggle, and Friendship lost some but still have Morrisett, Jones and Teeter they will be tough to beat. RBS has a small team this year but I believe they will surpise a few people, Trousdale has had a few to quit and that will hurt them. I see it this way. 1. Friendship 2. RBS 3. Watertown 4. Gordonsville 5. Trousdale What are some others thought on this? Will RBS be pretty good this year? What about Watertown?

Jackson County will be really strong. RBS lost a lot having only 1 returning starter, Burgener a post player, but I don't think you can ever count out the RBS Lady Dawgs and Larry White. They have some pretty good guards coming up. Clay county looks pretty good, Roach will be big for them this year. No clue about Clarkrange.
