Henry County played a marvelous 1st quarter against Kenwood and then slowed up! They will not beat many people in our district if they do not develop a "killer" instinct! When you get a team down you push harder on the throttle until their body language says they want to go home. HC eased up and maintained to the chagrin of their coach! I want a district title and we can do it if NEVER LET UP!!! I know several HC players readf this so listen to your coach and to me. If so I see good things!!!!

These predictions are solely based on what limited info I have read this year and from last years media guides. I realize many schools have transfers that can really improve teams. So based on talent seen last year and what is moving up I mkae these predictions for Tues night! C'ville over a well coached Northeast team Rossview over DC Northwest with their new big man too much for the depleted Springfield team. (Think they had several graduate) Finally my beloved Pats over a scrappy Kenwood team How close am I? Thought?

As a Pats fans I'm most eagerly interested in the Rossview/DC game. Both should be much improved! Thus giving me a measuring stick to the likeliness of HC beating either of them. I do think that HC which has been predicted dead last on other strands in a little far fetched and we will surprise these teams. I can't wait to see C'ville in person to see how we match up.

How agressive are they on D? Some ppl say that their aggressiveness plays into our offensive style? Are they as good a tackling team as Melrose? What are your expectations for Fri. night?

I think that the dog means well he's just a little excited! I really like the large red letters you use! Helps me read it better! You seem pretty sensible so what can we really expect from Maplewood from an objective stand point. I don't know anything about them except they are from Nashville.

First time poster !! I just hope we play well. The players,coaches,and citizens of HC deserve a chance at a state championship. I was disappointed that several people decided to leave win or lose players and coaches have done too much work not to see them through on any given night, game, or endeavor. I stayed and was proud to see the play transpire where the young man somehow got the ball and score. Good for him and good for the team! Go Henry County!!!!
